Questions:
1) Any idea if both PGL & PML are legally related , e.g. is PML a subsidiary of PGL etc.??

2) I see that "Pepperstone" is listed as a GENUINE FX Broker on your list, and I believe this was originally referring to PGL only, before PML was established/promoted to retail traders since March 2021 due to new (stricter) ruling imposed on ASIC-regulated FX brokers like PGL.
So, would you consider PML as a "genuine broker" too, since it's considered an "offshore broker" now??
YES GENUINE BROKER, IF IT IS NOT, THEN THERE IS NO GENUINE BROKER IN THE MARKET SINCE ALL GENUINE BROKERS ARE HAVING OFFSHORE LICENSE FOR LEVERAGE BENEFIT.

YES, PEPPERSTONE IS A GENUINE BROKER, THOSE BROKERS HOLD TOP TIER LICENSES MUST COMPLY THE SAME COMPLIANCE PRACTISE IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN ALL LICENSES including Segregated Bank account in Australia.

Accentforex is still doing the PAMM scams and still many people fall into their trap.

FYI Beside Australia ASIC and Bahamas licenses, Pepperstone also hold UK FCA, Cyprus, Dubai, Germany and Kenya licenses.

Holding offshore licenses are mainly for leverage benefits.

Unlike those scam brokers like TriumphFX, bought Cyprus license as a VASE, but operated the ponzi scheme using offshore firm. Yet they keep selling their so called fake investment as Cyprus trader. Good brokers do not provide traders, it's conflict of interest. You never hear FXCM, Forex.com, Pepperstone, FXPro, IG or IC Markets are offering traders or investment.

Be aware of this broker. PAMM manager TonyWin blowed 10 000 000USD account yesterday. He wrote, that he has COVID19 and he couldnt concentrate . What kind of idiot trades when he's sick and can't concentrate?
Such an account blowing has happened to this broker in the past. Of course, the broker will argue that he is not to blame. But it can, because it's definitely agreed in advance.

yes. those victims kept on posted over there and Accentforex replied to ask for account number to prove they are their clients and FPA also asked to them to provide account number while the Accentforex denied to prove they have 11 LP and to provide statements and who are the LP.

Saw recently news, SamtradeFX hiring publicly and expanding to SE at a very fast pace. Also sponsoring Valencia. wondering whats going on with samtrade? are they really legit or is also a scam?

Checked with my friend. He said TriumphFx has already obtained the Seychelles license. The another photo is captured from Seychelles FSA website. Hmmm.....

Over 600 investors lose RM12mil in alleged forex scam

"After two months he told me that I had made some profit and I withdrew around RM2,000. It seemed legitimate so I introduced the scheme to family members and friends," the 30-year-old businessman told a press conference at Wisma MCA here on Monday (Sept 27) held by MCA Public Services and Complaints Department head Datuk Seri Michael Chong.

In total, Eng and others invested around RM12mil in the scheme. However, in October last year, several investors who enquired about withdrawing money from the scheme encountered difficulties.

"My friend assured us that everything was fine but we couldn't withdraw our money when we logged in on the website. Then a week later the website disappeared.

"When we tried to contact my friend's boss, we were told to deal directly with him (my friend) instead," Eng said.

Although it seems scam with beautiful curve line, that was my first impression also.

I have their Investor Pass and after checked their trade it seems legit.

Do you check their trade on myfxbook or just by seeing beautiful curve line to make conclusion?
