Not sure. I have never researched Pan Borneo Highway. Rite now, Kenanga is overweight on plastic, technology and power utilities.

I am topping up on Thong Guan and SCGM. I will also be buying Poh Huat and PIE Industrial. Today I bought a small holding in Petron. I had always wanted to own a petrol station. These are all for long term investments. Not goreng stock.

Please don't touch this stock unless you have insiders tips and are 110% sure that it will go up. It has an average score of 2. The valuation and fundamentals are all messed up. There are a lot of other better stocks out there.

I3 investor is my main website for check stocks. They also have forum where ppl discuss specific stock and some comments very funny hahaha

Speculative stocks people compare every quarter one... This last Q results compared to other Q is consider bad lah.

The 6m profit i suspect is due to forex or revaluation, ie unnatural profit cause it looks odd.

Also the profit is inconsistent. One look, i would not buy the share.

How you so sure next Q profit double digit up?

I just use my best guess/forecast based on available data of a company. You can call it beginner's luck. 
I actually use a few different source like Kenanga research (for Kentrade customers only), Financial Times, Wall Street Journal, MalaysiaStock.biz, i3 investor and Absolutely Stocks (this is unfortunately a paid subscription).

Caution : Please use the analyst reports as a guide only especially those written by bloggers. They may have their own agenda to push the price of the shares up or they could be part of a syndicate which practise 'pump and dump'.

You should always do your own research before buying any stocks. 

I would strongly suggest you try Kentrade first. I think they have a free trial run for 90 days. Their research materials are pretty good (at least for a beginner like me). If you like it, then you can open a trading account with Kenanga. Then you can access Kentrade for free but you don't actually have to trade with them.

Absolutely Stocks costs RM600 for one year subscription. I really can't say for now whether it is worth the money or not. I think it is useful if you plan to trade often or daily. They will e-mail the daily Chartist Picks to you and also give you update on companies with potentials from time to time. You can also check the fundamentals and valuation of the companies that you are interested in, etc.

The above are just my thoughts. It is your money at the end of the day.

P/S: No offence but I would also suggest you buy some stock investment books to learn about the basics and process of stock investment. Otherwise it can be a dangerous journey for amateur investors like you and me.
