my package lost already... using free shipping and was shipped out on 8th dec from PA and till now still got nothing. emailed them so many times also useless PA just dont wanna take the responsible even though package was insured!

Bro, call up the CC company and get them to cancel the charges. Explain your situation to them (including the constant emails etc). I forgot how long is the grace period but 1 month I think still can.

Well give it till Saturday bro....one time i ordered 4 games from PA. It took nealry a month and it arrived on a Saturday, in perfect condition. For some strange reason though it was checked by The Australian Customs. I dont know why...

Wow i could have swore that Play Asia had a reimbursement program....but it only works when is their fault...usually though its tthe fault of our local mail service...just dont lose hope bro be strong..

free shipping also got insurance coverage so if confirm the buyer didnt receive the package then should be able to file for insurance compensation. but it seems like PA's policy a bit different in this matter. if the postal service said package was delivered then consider delivered and not their fault.

but our postal service should not say the package was delivered wut..
