already emailed them like around 7-8 emails... always said please wait and wait and wait. till the most recent reply, we are conducting investigation please email us back after 2 weeks! they said if confirmed lost they will compensate me but if post office said delivered then to them is consider delivered!

already more than a month after the billing not sure still can file for a dispute or not but will give it a try. what really pissed me off was the way PA handle this matter they just trying denied everything including their responsibility.

mine already nearly 1.5 months... also lost hope on it already and most important also already consider my rm200 gone into the big drain.

guess PA not concern at all losing a small tiny little customer like me.

free shipping also got insurance coverage so if confirm the buyer didnt receive the package then should be able to file for insurance compensation. but it seems like PA's policy a bit different in this matter. if the postal service said package was delivered then consider delivered and not their fault.

that's the thing i will email PA again because their 2 weeks investigation period ends on this thursday. will try my best fight till the last moment with them but i think PA also wont be so easily refund me back. if PA really sincere in refunding me they should have done it long time ago. furthermore i am not a first timer buying from PA and scam them...

PA resend my order again but this time i am paying extra for fedex. aint taking any risk again with free shipping.

PA only will refund with store credit for future purchases. since i wont be buying anything from PA again after this i just spent habis lah.
