that's the thing i will email PA again because their 2 weeks investigation period ends on this thursday. will try my best fight till the last moment with them but i think PA also wont be so easily refund me back. if PA really sincere in refunding me they should have done it long time ago. furthermore i am not a first timer buying from PA and scam them...

Wahahaha i forgot to tell u guys what happened to my parcel that day. The postman told my maid that there's a mail upstairs. How come the mail can get upstairs ? We searched upstairs and found nothing. And i was blur that time, coz suddenly my maid ask me about a mail.

Then that evening it was raining, and i went to my window and found the parcel on the roof

Damn stoopeed postman. If wanna throw, throw properly la, dont aim at the roof. Luckily it was just some cheap silicon cover for the controller
