Not RMRs are not venomous. They're in the rat snake family, like caver racers, but are more expensive and have higher maintenance.

Hahaha... common beginner snakes are quite ok to have. Corns and Kings are better than ball pythons in a way, better eaters but they poop more than pythons hahaha.... I think corn poop more. But they are active and cannot sit as still as a ball python can.

Morph is the colour and pattern difference. Morphs or colour types are created through selective breeding. It's a mutation of the colour.
How the colour mutation is kept is that people breed the snake with the colour and then do line breeding, which is a long process in which they breed the offspring back to the adult that carries the gene. Inbreeding to obtain the gene, to put it simply.
Why you will not see this in the wild is because when an individual animal develops a mutated gene that results in a different colour or pattern, there is a high chance that the colour or pattern that the gene produces will not help them survive in the wild.
For example the albino gene, right after it hatches, it's a sore thumb sticking out asking for predators to eat it as it's so obvious. Once eaten or killed, the animal is unable to pass the gene to the next generation, thus th reason why colour/pattern mutations are not found in the wild, not easily, at least.
Albino is not a sickness. It's a gene that keys for the absence of pigment to the skin. Even the eyes, that's why they're red. The red that you see is actually the blood vessels in the eye.
