having problem with 11street android app payment using credit card and online banking. When I click Pay, the message "We are redirecting you to our payment page" appear and remain for 5 minutes. I can't pay at all.
Any advice?

I managed to pay using my dad's phone but not mine. I think perhaps my phone is rooted and I the AdFree that I install may be blocking certain functions.

Simple. Close your app. Turn on your pc or open your phone browser, login your account, go to view order then click the pay now button.
Now you can bypass the buggy app. You only need to use the app to make order in case you want to utilize app only vouchers. If you face problem paying through app, then just use pc browser or phone browser to complete the payment.

Thanks for your reply. I tried that but desktop version didn't allow me to apply 50% voucher & free shipping. That's why I have to pay using app.

what the forumer means is u can always make orders via app to utilise those app voucher/coupon, when it turns to payment page juz close it, it would become failed payment. Then back to PC log in and make payment there.

You didn't understand my answer.
Use your app to make the order. When you reach making payment, it stuck there, then you simply close it. Now your order is made, but in the process of awaiting payment because you didn't complete your payment just now.
Now you can simply complete your payment by login using pc browser or mobile browser.

TLDR, Use your app to make order and then use your browser to complete the payment. This method is only exclusive for 11street app and Qoo10 app.

I actually had the same problem as you. I tried paying for like 10 times using different connections (3G/WIFI) but all failed and got stuck at the same redirecting page, then I removed one of the adblock app on my phone, rebooted my phone and it started working again, not sure if that's the culprit though.

Same problem..have to borrow my fren phone to order thru app , then only I pay use my phone..

So this method doesn't work for Lazada, Rakuten, Groupon n Gemfive?
