yep. this i distribution thingy a bit dodgy. price is good but do think twice for aftersale esp for refurbished set

of course not all the phones got problem. but if you are the ONE, then that's where the problem comes. i personally bought from them via lazada. bought a refurbished note 1. 1st one wifi prob. sent back to the merchant and after 3 weeks, only replace 'new one' (their 10 days exchange policy). told me took a long time because only have ONE technician. so crappy. and doubt the phone is new. the 'new' one had charging port problem. got fed up. called up lazada, luckily they willing to refund, although almost a month past already. but imagine the phone calls i had to make and all. plus already bought accessories from ebay. rugi but at least got back money.

if refund due to product problem, should be able to refund back to cc/acc. according to 1 of the members, they refunded by shop credit but after some emails only refunded back to cc. gemfive not as good as lazada. no 14 days satisfaction guaranteed. after buy, cannot change mind.

alas beware of idistribution. now they monopoly the import/refurbished sets on gemfive. imagine how much they can earn with the HAPPY30 vouchers. lol

lol. hopefully whatever problem it has, comes within 14 days of receiving it. if not, good luck with ur phone in the service centre for 2-3 months.
