no... i know it says minimum 3.3k but i didnt follow on that... even in Malaysia asking for 2.8k i get accused by peers of asking too much.. my asking is closer to S-pass minimum which is 2.2k. But what do the employers think about it? I'm quite confused on this basis. Do they still seek lower asking candidates eventhough the minimum is to be 3.3k? OR what else are they looking for now?

What he meant was he was getting paid SGD1.07 for every RM1 he previously earned in Malaysia.

I myself 5 years ago was also only earning RM2300 in Malaysia but when i move to SG, i manage to secure a BD role paying SG2700, so that's SG1.17 to RM1.

not all jobs require you to downgrade your pay when moving over to SG, you will need to fight for your pay and not get pushed around by HR

Hey, sifus. May I know what is the significance of reporting residential address to MOM ? Let say, my landlord tell me that he will put my name under another address since his house tenant number exceed the specified no. Can I accept it ? Thanks.
