Confirmed tenants so far include Parkson. Village Grocer, Golden Screen Cinemas, Celebrity Fitness, Spotlight, Best Denki, MPH Bookstore, Al-Ikhsan, Kid's e World and Pet Lovers Centre. Fashion brands include H&M, Uniqlo, Zara, Terranova, Topshop/Topman, Suiteblanco, F.O.S., a full Mango concept store and first-in-Malaysia Calliope.

Food outlets include T.G.I. Friday's, Italiannies, Sushi Zanmai, Madam Kwan's Restaurant and a Food Junction-operated food court.

luckily the earlier batch of tenants like Michael Kors, Victoria Secrets.. pulled out from opening at this mall, otherwise they will be "pukul nyamuk" & crying badly almost everyday like those Asian avenue tenants in which the staff are already "layu" at there bcos too boring..

perhaps this mall gonna be awarded with WORST mall performance ever in the history of sunwai book of record for retail malls? icon_rolleyes.gif

this give signal that sunway piramid sucess,
not mean all mall manage by sunway will sucess.

same to pavilion,
pavilion run good not mean BJCC and damansara will run good also.

it is very hard to run a sucess mall

tak macam sunway management cb money blood sucking 1.. with screw u no time attitude.

i bliv bjcc n dsara will both do well.. but look at damens usj whr uniqlos pull out.. IGB i bliv all their malls will do well!

Just look at how IGB manage Mid Valley.. 99.8% occupancy rate, have all kinds of shops in one mall and the crowd are still massive as always even though many new malls opened recently.. biggrin.gif

not only blood sucking, they are VERY COCKY too.. just look at SPM team where they thought that they know everything on how to manage a mall..

If you dont like, just go somewhere that is more desperate for tenant.
