Yes i believe this is how Banker look at it, but beside the seri series of apartment and rumah selangorku, North side of Setia Alam would have the most 2.5 and 3 Storey terrace, semi-d and bungalow, the population shd be quite diversified instead of one majority race.

Hi heard someone compare 2 rows.of in setia prima shoplot with Kota damansara and puchong commercial centre, wonder since when setia Alam population and number of shoplot can be on par with these two?
