P17 entrances all facing north, every time going in & out will see the cemetery. Why can't SPS build the entrances at the south?

setia alam are divided into 2 parts, the bottom part which is setia impian, setia indah and setia damai are mostly occupied by Chinese. The upper part which is closed to PKNS and city mall are mostly occupied by Malay. Recently, more and more malays are moving into the newly built apartments, i am not surprise to see there will be more islamic banks in setia taipan area.

think the majority buyers for the apartments are still chinese? but tennants are majority malays as usual. yeah now with the gomen house schemes all expect to see more malays there. were talking bout sub 300k houses, its a dream for them to own one. not surprised if one fine day a big mosque to be built around.

Kinda unfortunate the taipan was not adjacent to the southern area though. setia impian have their set of matured shoplots liao. but not yet for indah. stuck with 2 rows of congested shoplots that gets boring after a while.

just feel risky at least for now to open up good quality eateries in low income majority area nearby

Setia only sold land parcels to pkns.
I think in turn pkns resold some of the parcels to other developers.

So far only pkns sunsuria and another bankrupted developer that developed anjung sari.

I dun know any other developers in setia alam.

Of course we are not talking about the precinct 1 international biz district ..where setia did sell smaller parcel of land to other businesses.

Mentari group is not part of pkns???

They got all the finance to build 1st.......dun really know what is the take up rate of their development....

Can tell if mentari bought land directly from setia or pkns?
