Most high paid staff are from banking, investment, oil n gas, legal, medicine, accounting or even IT, consultant or outsourcing companies. If you cant attract those biz fields to setup biz there, forget about it. Majority wont have $$$ to pay downpayment or even serving a million loan..

Wanna setup business, pls go to eco business park or the same. This is residencial area, so stop talking non-sense, not everyone like to stay next to office. doh.gif

i say what i always say. when people tell me an investment is good but needs long term vision i turn off straight away. because the opportunity cost and risk is tremendous while waiting.

U sounds like a flipper, investment may not suitable for u, sorry to say that. thumbsup.gif

Some people only know how to complaint about traffic and everything, and do survey based by own perception/preference . Wonder if they even own a property yet. People like that usually cannot buy a property till the end of the day. Matured township is too far for their pocket, and for new township, it is too far, less entertainment, or less business opportunity for them.

If you wait till the township matured then only join, sorry you are too late, you don't have the foresight, your investment plan failed. Why? First owner already earn more than 200%.

End of the day? You only can stay in pigoen hole (10min walking distance to nowhere?) in KL/PJ.

*note : the above statement not origin from me.

i actually wonder despite some people claiming reaping profit of 200 <% (maybe more?) in gains from buying early into setia alam...at what price can it transact TODAY?

This topic is getting hot, and more interesting. Tell me how much the peoples live in KL earn? does this mean those ppls have to stay in Bukit Beruntung or Nilai now? cause their salary is RM10k?

And for those who effort Setia Alam, their salary have to be more than 10k, else no talk. What a joke of the day.. notworthy.gif

Open forum ma. If a place is doing badly no need to be defensive. My kampung doing badly also ma. Barber closing down.. kopi shop closing down.. here and there plus minus closing down also..

Anyway I started off with saying my friend house and shop here then performance of SA township etc etc because I was merely comparing things. But somehow sometimes butt hurt township woof woof pack leader wanna kok kok sing song so others ma humble a bit let him woof woof lo

This I agreed with you, it is not easy to do business in Setia Alam. You need to be competitive, anything below customers expectation, you can say bye bye in one month time (considering the rental rate). This is how Setia Alam business work. I am also doing business in Setia Alam, that's why I understand. thumbsup.gif

QUOTE(samkps @ Mar 31 2016, 05:18 PM)
hehehe... this is what haters going to do loh..  Everything also need to compare, traffic need to compare, distance need to compare, how much ppl earn want to compare, how much ppl saving also want to compare, signboard want to compare, number hotel want to compare, parking place want to compare, how many years can get return from investment also want to compare.  Next time maybe how many birth and how many people dead also want to compare.

People have own preference, own consideration, own judgement, own decision, not sure why people so like to make comparison. Perhaps they feel by comparing can make one feel how stupid he/she is to purchase the property there, and they are super smart because they didn't buy there. Some maybe pretend to be saviour because by bad mouth a certain project, they thought can "rescue" the "prospective/potential" purchaser to buy a property that self-believe is lousy.  biggrin.gif

Yes agreed, I think probably need to give away the FIABCI awards to the place that they vested in, Like "The best place to live in KL indisputably" or "The Best Master Plan Township in the World 2016" rclxm9.gif

One thing i hate living here is... Chinese food.! Still theres not enough well established restaurants enough. but at least nam heong chicken rice, then the bakuteh, and new steamboat restaurant just opened in setia prima. Really need more good da zhao here.

Else, need to always drive to klang to have good food.
*
Yes, agreed on good quality of foods are not much. Most food business is run by young ppls here, cause it is still a new township, unlike the rest of more matured township.

Personally im not that affected as I only come back once in a while during holidays. But yes SA is not the worse in food but not that great.

Well, its a new township so cant complain. Plus its shah alam, what to expect.
If compare to PJ, I suppose you can find good food within 10km radius drive (puchong, subang, cheras, damansara, etc). But for SA residence (if you are one), SA is the only place you get your daily meal, or klang. Apart from that, get ready to drive 15+km to subang. If wanna try connaught chilli pan mee I got to drive like 40km?
Im hoping much more food establishment will arrive here in future (Tired of KFC pizza old town, etc you know)
*
If u talk abt typical chinese food like chili pan mee, pork noodles, laksa, wantan mee, yes non of it in SA is good. But if u talk about English breakfast with coffee, korean crusine, thaifood, yong tau fu, rawang steamfish, chinese seafood restaurant, steamboat, chicken rice, japanese crusine then yes, SA has many this kind of good quality restaurant.
