Any decently priced landed property development in setia alam to consider?

Not part of Bukit Raja masterplan.

Perhaps hospital extension/ parking. Didnt see clearly from main road got sign and illustration bilboard beside the construction.

A few hundreds metres away heading to Klang / shah alam seems like another project coming..can see erected zinc closure which i assume will be a medium sized water retention to reduce flooding risk.

KSL LAND ENTERS SETIA ALAM, SHAH ALAM.

KSL Holdings Bhd is acquiring freehold land measuring ~18 acres at Setia Alam @ Shah Alam, Selangor, from S P Setia Bhd for RM228.8mil (RM293 psf).

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, KSL said the acquisition will enlarge the group’s land bank and enhance its future revenue and earnings.

The land will be used for residential development projects and further enhance its presence in the property market in Selangor.

“The project is expected to commence in 2025 and is envisaged to spread over a period of 10 to 15 years,” it said.

Very much. My house I increased rent by rm200 compared to last tenant also still got tenant.

how do u think those condo at setia alam?those seri seri series..

Donno. Mine is landed. Capital gain + positive cashflow now

landed i also dunno c any positive appreciation as well..maybe i survey wrong part of setia alam..for instance,
Alam nusantara, i dont c any appreciation there, perhaps many be the workman ship at this is not good?
sountern setia alam also less appreciation, maybe is due to flash flood?

Idk all I know is my asset is giving good roi now

oh, u mean those setia taipan 1 and 2.. yaya...one of my friend makes good money on it also...but i just curious, how come alam nusantara cannt appreciate as sp setia development? as the location , there are not far away..

Seems like you have no idea what's the first rule of property investment. Location location location. Need to study more no wonder you're losing money

location x3 u r right..but comparing urs 1 with alam nusantara, i just think tat alam nusantara will be better, facing setia city mall...whereas urs 1 is facing cemetery...
