RS and RT plan will show u the zoning for each plot of land at certain2 area..if u got bantahan on the perubahan zoning etc such as industrial too near to the residential ke etc, u can just fill in the borang bantahan..

The chances is there although just a little..but if so many people submit the bantahan, majlis need to do something on it..thats the law..

For info, draft RT n RS selalunya publish 1st quarter every year..so, jadilah pengguna bijak..hehe
