Upon checking further on the google map, there is quite big squatter settlement (kongsi) beside P11. I think we will drop the idea
of booking BYWATER unit because of so many security concern from the owners in this forum. Personally, family avoids
squatter area nearby for safety reason to buy a home, good to know there are many potential security issues in P11 before
thinking of bywater unit.
*
for the squatter settlement,
i think it's the new rule, where certain % goes to high-end, while other goes to low-end. correct me if i m wrong.
small developers maybe hav no this prob.

Anyone from P17? Water pressure in the house is very small. The water from heater is even smaller than my pee. Do you have same problem? Pump is a must? Crazy, spending hundreds thousands and still need pump?
*
i think maybe it helps on getting hot water(maybe cheaper?), pump to higher floor.
afaik, there's no bypass, or fail-safe. u must on it 24x7

bypass? fail-safe? these can help to make water pressure higher?
*
no, i meant all the inlet go thru pump.
no pump no water if tank empty, not even ground floor. this is what i meant

My newly completed unit got flooded (suspect due to ball valve at tank rosak and the overflow pipe which discharge the water to the bathroom 2 continuously flow)..but how come the floor trap in the toilet not drain out the water? Very suspicious..floortrap got choked maybe..

So, wanna ask, normally how long sp setia complete their defect ya? Within 30days as stated in SPA or just in my dream?

Also got major crack can be seen in soffit slab at guestroom which the tile at the room above also got cracked..i sure its structural cracks and not only hairline crack..but if due to settlement issue, the slab is supported by the beam, column n down to piling..seems like the overlapping reinforced is not enuf..but who the hell am i to challange their consultant professional design..but i donno if the COW did really check the reinforcement before cast the slabs n beams. Filed complain to sp s yesterday..donno how long to rectify. N how me to ensure that they really check on the structure integrity and not just only cut v shape grout with sika n then apply skimcoat to it..

Anyone experience this issue?
*
better u join the respective owner groups, and you may discover other defects
usually not just you having this prob
the early u get it fixed, the better

From the pictures, i can think of 2 possibilities.

1st - Next door waterproofing problem or broken pipe problem at their bathrooom/toilet seep into your wall. Possible.

Good luck.
*
most likely is shared wall.
i was told 'the next door is opening aircond 24x7, thus the seep’ by SA doh.gif
