So the other day I took Grab and passed by the land before Toyota factory. It does look like there's a huge mall look a like building somewhere there? This is actually the land near the Bolton project you guys mentioned. If you were to stand near the road outside of Dremien/Aeres, you should be able to see it. It look completely out of place though.

There were some petition going against adding more high rise buildings in Setia Alam some time back as the bottleneck at the NKVE highway is well beyond it's capacity. And the particular plot they mentioned in the petition was this plot opposite of the Edu Sentral.

And now they are building a school on the previous Palace Rose nursery. This is going to be a hazard as cars will lineup all the way on the highway opposite of Petronas during pickup and drop off time. Madness planning. Should be moved towards the back like Permai area or inwards (far from main road) maybe like this current plot we are talking about.
