Precinct 10, 11, 12, 15, 17 is still under development.

However, you may found some precinct is missing, just like Samsung Galaxy Note 6..

Per my limited knowledge, generally phases in Setia Impian were launched before Setia Indah although there were actually a few limited launches in Setia Indah too before they finished with Setia Impian. In addition, a few limited phases of Setia Damai were also launched in the middle of Setia Impian launching.

Another general rule of thumb, each phases started with the row nearest to the entrance before they went deeper inside, except for Setia Impian 7 which it was done the opposite way.

Only setia damai is g&g the rest are f&g.

If u r still keen to know the launching of each phases or rows in more detail, pls consider researching the old master plans which were updated at different stages of time. You'll roughly get an idea on the launching sequence & year. Lol, need to do a little homework lah.... Cheers, bro.

Setia launched the 3 precincts in setia alam 'almost' concurrently....started w precinct 8.

But i cant figure out why these info is important???

Only duta villa is startafied proper gng.
Rest of damai is fng.
Indah and impian are not proper fng but i think they are guarded.

Fenced & Guarded (F&G) = Fence/natural barrier + guardhouse with manual boom gate
Gated & Guarded (G&G) = Fence + guardhouse with automatic/electronic boom gate
