Pay full, you will get money from banks (cash back) and they can't earn a single cent from you.
If you have started to pay minimum or not paying in full, I suggest to suspend the card until you are well disciplined.
Credit cards are for convenience not to add burden to your financial.

Most of us in this section pay in full and maximize our credit cards' benefits.

then the CS told me that need three working days.



Anyway I checked after three days on mb2u ald increase,
but I thought can increase immediately.

Normally for increase CL they won't really ask for follow up. They will just check your credit history and increase if it passes. I think after that can use on whatever you want haha.

How do I stop physical statement to be sent to my mailing address? I cannot recall how I did it for my M2Cards but I haven't been receiving for years. Suddenly Ikhwan statement appeared in my mailbox.

I called CS last night and they said once I view my statement online via M2U, it won't be sent anymore? Is this true or where can I disable the hard copy?

I called CS and she told me once I viewed my statement from M2U, I won't receive physical statement anymore.
Doesn't sound convincing to me.

Well, if it prompted the agreement to me then I'm pretty convinced but nothing was shown telling me that I won't be receiving physical statement anymore.

My first month using Ikhwan card. I think already hit max cash rebate (CNY lo...) . Is the rebate based on calendar or statement month?

Transaction date determines the eligibility of cash back i.e. falls on Fridays and Saturdays.
Posting date determines the month of the rebate will be in. It will be more applicable if the transactions are performed at the end of the month.

You need the supp card to change the pin at ATM machine. But firstly, you'll need to know what's your PIN.

You can try calling CS to update mobile number for your supp if going to ATM is not feasible for you.
Since the mobile number is part of the security requirement, you may or may not be able to call in and update just like that.
