I just received my Ikhwan Gold card. Been offered by Maybank. Limit 13k.

Never had CC before, just using debit card biggrin.gif

because it's only 2 days cashback for groceries & petrol capped at rm50. Other transactions are 1tp for every ringgit. With that, 2k-2.5k is enough.

Because Ikhwan is famous in rejecting existing Maybank users. Since we want this card then just ask to split limit from our current Maybank cards and we don't need a lot of CL to maximize the cash back, so just split as low as possible. laugh.gif

You can reduce, just request from CS.

There's no best card, each card serves different purposes. I have 12 cards now to earn money from banks and enjoy privileges. laugh.gif

Ikhwan Gold and Plat are the same as M2Cards Gold and Plat, so they are not eligible at all. For PPL access, only VS and above. smile.gif

i tried to reload my Touch'n'Go last Saturday at USJ1 Giant but they refuse to reload it if I am using credit card. Can they do such thing?

I had successfully reload it 2 or 3 weeks earlier without any problem at the same place and got my cash rebate.
