Hi. Normally I will not have any problems using credit card for online purchase. But this website keep reject my cc/paypal, perhaps because of they want US cc. Is there any chances to solve this without having US cc?

Maybank these days have the tendency to block online transactions. Have you tried calling them to unblock?
If confirm cannot, maybe you can try using virtual credit card. Google it but I have not tried before so no comment from my side.

Want to ask, for this card, the bank said that there's due date and statement date. The bank worker told me to pay before/on statement date or else kena charge 18%.

Which one is the one when I need to make payment? I thought due date is the one where we need to make payment? From statement date -> due date, there's about 20 days. Or did I mix it up?

Just pay statement balance on or before due date, you are good to go.

if that's the case, you definitely need a US-credit card to proceed.
not sure if prepaid a Paypal account could get around it or not, provided they accept paypal. You can research and see.

I'm curious with new replaced credit card with PIN-enabled is safe or not. I just activated the card on last Saturday and guess what. Today (Monday) someone using my credit card to purchase things from Google (in Thai Baht currency). I never use this new credit card at all. Which mean the leak is not from me. So be careful with your new card.

Ps/: No prob at all with my old credit card. This is my first case.
