i only manage to get 85% for PBB, yes they ask for guarantor so that can manage to get 90%, i still waiting for Bank Islam,
i am extra car park buyer so if 85% i need to pay around 50k just for downpayment not include any lawyer fee yet. Any 1 know others bank that offer loan to extra car park?

hahaha... how can one do not have commitment with the bank get 80%, no commitment should be 90% right?

maybe your salary is an important factor too?

i called the lawyer assigned to me, "Sharmin Ong and Partners".. the SnP/SPA is RM 2000 and the Loan agreement and misc fee is around  RM 4500 to 4700.. + GST is another RM 250

hi there, i didnt do so, the person in charge by the name of Janice have all my details.. she said the SnP fee for this project is standard, all RM2000.. the Loan Agreement however it depends whether u are getting it signed by Sharmin Ong (which is rm 4.7k for my case) or the bank lawyer for any bank that you are borrowing.. the cost will be different.. some is rm 4.5k and some is rm5k+
I will sign the SnP with Sharmin Ong but the loan agreement is by the lawyer of the bank im borrowing from...

i applied on mid of january for bank islam, until now also no offer yet, even i keep chasing them everyday

heard u said u signed the loan agreement, means after this you will be charged for first billing which is the loan interest right?

do u know roughly how much to pay per month?

i am also first house buyer 
p.s i heard that we can get the rebate of stamp duty from the government according to banker after the first disbursement has been made by bank... maybe rm1.5k or more
