I agree with you but it's a give and take, looking at it's size plus if you really are working in KL, I think the location is really good. I would have committed earlier on too but now I'm eyeing on subsales hence that set me back.

Wow, they have been extending since last year but at the same time they are not proactively in contacting those who have applied.

I think that's possible, as long as you have a decline letter to show the developer. Let us know if it works out for you.

If I'm not mistaken the booking fee for this is 15k as well. Plus you have to submit all the relevant documents beforehand.
