You can refer to the first page of this thread, go to the developer's office and enquire. I guess not many units left, mostly bumi units.

I think it's open for both as stated in the email, perhaps those are non-bumi units who didnt get their loan approved or cancelled from the booking.

Which one did you bought? Suasana Lumayan is it? I recently wanted to look for subsales and went there to check out some of the units.. seriously the quality is really not up to par and the common area like lifts are really dirty and no one is maintaining it... some of the wall cement like peeled off and no repair work being done..

Do keep us posted, like I mentioned.. I visited Suasana Lumayan before and considering the steep maintenance fees the owner is paying really doesn't justify with the service.

I guess what's important now is to compile a list of the information gathered from the developer before launching blunt complains. From there, everyone can decide what's needed to be improved and etc.

I'm just wondering, since this is Rumahwip.. is the developer actually entitled to hold units? Like don't sell it out, I think that is against the regulation of rumahwip right?
