And my queue is like 400++ that time.
But no futher news till now

I'm a intrested buyer, how to register this project?

call developer today, ask for 1 extra parking. Extra parking SOLD OUT..

at which location u took the photo? u climbed up the small hill? last time i went there got a lot of snakes....

To those buyers planning to buy from this developer,i got a fair warning to u. The property they build are not up to the quality where it will full of defects and endless problem. Once they completed the project and pass the VP to u, they will slow in submittion of the strata title application but yet they forced u to pay up for that b4 u can get ur key. The reason of they do that is because they are planning to keep hold of the collection of maintenance fees and assign those cleaners service and security guard services to their cronies company. They even hold a numbers of units unsold so that when the time to form JMB as require by the law, they will have all their own people in the committee of JMB to keep the power to collect maintenance fees. They will do anything to win....
The reason i posting this is i am one of the buyer of their latest project at Bdr Sri Permaisuri. I regret of my decision. This is just an advise to potential buyers.

Most projects in BDR SRI Permaisuri are completed by them. What said u?

Lesson to learn...i pilih ahkit jd presiden RHL...kena vote skrg b4 they vote for us...hahaha...

0.3 per sq feet is kind of high.. i never expect a month, i have to pay rm300+ for the maintenance fees..    anyone can confirm how much will be our maintenance fees? or we have to ask the developer or something?

they can tell u the amount is lower than RM0.30 per sq feet now but it will change when u get VP as they told us, the buyer of Suasana that it will be at RM0.25 per sq feet...... end up it is not....

Regarding the quality, it is the worst quality i ever seen as it have endless problem like worksmanship suck, lift always got problem, water pump spoilt after not ever 1 year of VP etc.......

regarding the counter at kitchen, there wont be any counter there as the plan is just a illustration only...... just a cheap sink...

all the owner pls do join the fb group and can complain together etc.
