Guys, Im a little confused.. Why is it you guys have to pay rm30k first before signing the SPA?

isn't it the other way round?

we can withdraw account 2 from EPF account with SPA signed isnt it?

but this is not possible now...

one more thing is that, without signing the SPA and we have to pay RM30k to the developer , isnt that a bit risky??

hi there, u need to send to the DBKL HQ tower 1 ground floor..

go straight to the entrance and turn left.. you can ask around when u reach there.. smile.gif

I brought all the relevant documents to the HQ of DBKL in KL after i applied the house online then 1 month+ they send me the letter.. In fact, i just received the letter yesterday..

I'll check on the date and revert back to you later at night as i didnt notice it biggrin.gif

Today went there and confirmed with the staff, Kak Aida, she said we cant see the KLCC even from Block A high floor..

Not sure why..

I chose low floor as I dislike staying at high floor biggrin.gif

Today went to submit the loan application form today, hope everything is ok blush.gif

i selected floor 9 block A.

my loan just submitted today, the staff from public bank said will get back to me after 1.5 weeks like that.

I guess the lawyer fee for this whole thing is rm 5k or 6k like that..

so far havent meet with any lawyer for signing or anything yet so i dont know...

i wonder if any here has signed the first S and P agreement? smile.gif

Yes, you mentioned some ppl said. Erm.... increased but not much different because you cannot sell within 10 years, increased or not doesn't matter actually. In fact, must think it as affordable homes for ppl who can't afford the market price. Imagine also if you got an offer in Shah Alam with higher salary and you sure go Shah Alam to work. For me is ok, I plan to work only in KL area.. I wont be jumping to other company that is not in KL in this coming 10 years time hmm.gif

As for this price, it is very affordable and I can't find it anywhere else that is this price with the size of this house..

hi there, block A is facing KL while block B is facing Bukit Jalil.. You can refer to the agent at the developer office to know more biggrin.gif
