Jose Mourinho has played down a half-time argument with Diego Costa during Chelsea's Champions League at Maccabi Tel-Aviv, saying that the pair had a "kiss and cuddle" to make up.

Mourinho and Costa were seen arguing just before half-time with the Blues a goal ahead, with back-up striker Loic Remy then sent to warm up.

"I wanted him to do a certain movement that he didn't," said Mourinho of the striker.

"I was disappointed. I reacted. He reacted too. At half-time in the dressing room [there were] a few kisses and a few cuddles."

Either Mou out or Diego Costa out, I think better to sacrifice DC. Maybe a striker that relentlessly goes up and willing to run back to his half when needed, somewhat like Kop's gegenpress style..

Clean sheet win vs MTA, so far acceptable.

u mean the livestream game?

i use this first.

http://www.ronaldo7.net/video/sports-live/...ive-stream.html

then when there is a game, u can choose which game to follow. Then there will appear a list of livestreaming sites. Look for the 1 that uses youtube link. Usually it's stated there (youtube). And usually it's link 2.

Quoting a Chelsea fan on Reddit - "Around the 70th minute last match against Norwich Pedro and Costa had an argument about it, Pedro had several goes at Costa about this during the Norwich game.

Can't remember what minute the first one was, but he was gesturing at Costa and telling him where to make a run. Later the ball gets cut across the face of goal from the right (willian if I remember correctly) and Costa is hanging back instead of running in, and Pedro holds his head in his hands and then you can see him say something to Costa again.

Around the 70th minute the ball goes into the box from the left, Costa doesn't make a run, Pedro makes a run towards the back / centre of goal.
He tells Costa off and points at the near post run, they both start mouthing off about it and in the end Costa waves him off and points outside the box. As Pedro is supposed to be outside the box for the corner, being a smart ass I guess as in pointing out 'your not in your position for this either'."

If it were Lamps he would just shoot instead of pass to Costa when he reaches those danger areas tongue.gif Not sure why Costa's acting this way but definitely players should always follow coach's instructions hmm.gif

Chelsea will spend the next few weeks considering their options in the winter transfer window before determining whether to target a striker amid growing concerns over Diego Costa.

Gary Cahill is waiting to see whether he is offered new terms before his 30th birthday in mid-December. The centre-half’s deal expires in 2017 but Chelsea have a strict policy of offering only 12-month extensions to players who have entered their 30s. Branislav Ivanovic, 31, has yet to discover whether he will earn a one-year deal when his contract expires next summer.

Falcao rumors that his loan deal will be cut short, and if we take a look at the squad..Terry, Amelia, Iva, Cahill will be 30+ next season..if they all leave...leaving our squad with no 30+ players anymore..the oldest will be Remy, Ramires and Mikel 29 ( next year)... laugh.gif

Aubameyang among favourites to join Chelsea as Jose Mourinho seeks striking reinforcements
TOM DUTTON 3 hours ago

Borussia Dortmund's Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has emerged as a leading candidate to solve Jose Mourinho's striking problems in January.

Chelsea's three recognised strikers - Diego Costa, Loic Remy and Radamel Falcao - have between them scored just four Premier League goals this term, prompting speculation Mourinho will make a major play in the New Year.

Names like Harry Kane and Antoine Griezmann have been tossed around, while Emmanuel Adebayor and Robin van Persie have been suggested as short-term solutions to Chelsea's offensive problems.

Meanwhile, Standard Sport understands Alexandre Lacazette is one of the strikers on the shortlist Mourinho has submitted to the board as he considers January targets. But the betting odds point to moves for Boca Juniors frontman Jonathan Calleri and Aubameyang from Dortmund, with Jamie Vardy an outsider.

That Chelsea's leading Premier League scorer has three goals, however, underlines the fact that their issues go deeper than a handful of misfiring forwards. Indeed, the Blues bounced back from their recent slump with a narrow victory over Norwich on Saturday, but remain 15th in the Premier League table and crashed out of the League Cup last month.

Behind the lone striker, Mourinho has named a different forward three configuration on nine occasions in the league so far this term, most recently trialling Eden Hazard as a No 10.

Cesc Fabregas, Oscar and Willian have also been used in the hole as Mourinho struggles to determine his best line-up. And the Chelsea boss has since warned Hazard not to get comfortable at No 10, while the odds indicate interest in forwards Sadio Mane, Antoine Griezmann and Marco Reus.

At the back, long-term target John Stones remains the favourite to join Chelsea in January as last summer's saga threatens to rumble into the New Year, while Crystal Palace left-back Pape Souare figures highly on the list of prospective buys as Mourinho persists with Brazilian Kenedy on the left side of his defence.

To sign before the end of the January transfer window:

John Stones 6/1

Jonathan Calleri 6/1

Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang 8/1

Saido Berahino 10/1

Marco Reus 12/1

Sadio Mane 12/1

Antoine Griezmann 14/1

Pape Souare 16/1

Jamie Vardy 16/1
