Btw a lot of fans are calling for Emelano's head instead. Some claiming that selling Luis and buying Baba, and selling Cech to Arsenal was all done on his order.

In sentimental sense, the sacking of Mou makes no sense. Roman is a businessman afterall, his sight has always been on how to earn money etc. Maybe he was already thinking no CL next season to generate revenue for us dy.

Choose between sacking Mou and sacking the players n sign new blood. Roman chose the easier and cost saving method, sack manager. It will cost so much to change a new batch of player in the team.

Just watched motd. Seems like Oscar had a great game? And also JT n Steve Holland said ita a collective thing. Players were not perfoming. Either they wanna cover up or the players are really burnt out from Mou's demand.

I think some players played wif more freedom? Like Fab n Oscar. Both keep running towards attack.

Actually, i dun think Oscar is the rebel. Just look at his performance in international team. He memang like to be given the freedom. In a Brazil shirt, he always do those nice flicks, long shot and thru balls, he also like to tackle a lot. A complete CM imho. Maybe under Mourinho's order, Oscar have to play more defensively. Hence this explains why Oscar looks so different now. No one is restricting his playing style now.

It's been a few days dy since Mou is gone, we can be sad, but not for too long. We need points and we need it fast. It'll take forever to find out who are those that is against Mou. Rather than digging up all those things, juz let the paparazzi handle it. We as fans nid to get behind the team and make sure the team is on a roll.

Hope Hiddink can give us a solid cup run until the semis at least, winning FA Cup, reaching semi final in CL, finishing 6-10th place in the league. That is enough for me dy.

Duno why when I hear what he said, the first player that came to my mind is Hazard. Got a feeling Fab is talking bout Hazard. Being paid as a big player, but behaving not like a big player, ever since Eva's issue, maybe Hazard mogok or wad. Maybe it's just me.

And also Fab did said bout complacency. We draw 1 game, ok, next game looks easy, we'll be there, but we lose. Our player is getting complacent after winning 1 game, then lose or draw the next game. Our players nid to treat every next games as cup final dy. No more ok, it's easy game, we'll win. Treat every game as if it is a cup final and get ur feet stuck in!

And also Henry made some good points too. About players not having their pride. Tactics and formation is 1 thing, managers can talk to u diz and dat, but if u don't run, u don't play for the pride, u don't bring the fight, it's no use. If the set of players do not play for their pride, even if u have Mou or whoever oso no use.

I think there might be. But the sacking of Mou and Chelsea's season so far is a very layered problem. There are sooo many layers of problem causing us to be in the position where we are now.

Bad signings, injury to Courtois, referee problem, Eva's issue, players not hitting form, teams in PL adapting to our gameplay. All these things contributed to where we are now imho. There is no direct answer to why are we doing so bad this season. More like a list of problems causing this layered problem.

Not sure if it is scripted answers or what. But from the Sunderland game onwards, if the players can get the job done on the field, then it's ok for me. Let our football and result do the talking. Then people will forget about finding the rat in the team.
