QUOTE(nxid @ Dec 8 2015, 09:50 PM)
We are chelsea fc. Not mourinho fc.
I've been a fan since vialli era. Not for once i desire for a managerial replacement until this day. It's getting absurb. Even unknown manager like avram grant did a better job than him with a wealth of talented players.

A full season is too long.
Even we did not relegate next season, the consequences will be too big to handle. Most of the players will want out. We can only get mediocre player to replace our talented players who will be out next season. We will have to start all over again. With every clubs in europe get much more money we will have a hard time to buy new talented players. Even stoke nowadays can get shaqiri. This not juventus. Most of our squad players are still young who dont have deep affection towards the club. They are not del piero, buffon, nedved.
*
Rmb Dortmund? flirted with relegation too. But manage to stay up i think. Yea, I noe it's a diff league, less physical and stuff. From lowest point 17th place, can climb until 7th place. Dortmund kept faith with Klopp. The fans had their highs and lows, at some point wanted Klopp out too. Take inspiration from that.

So in football, ntg is impossible. U just have to support ur team thru out the high and lows. It is at the lows that the team and manager needs our support the most. The media is already doing us no good with all those relegation news, negative news etc, the last thing the club need is fans turning their backs on the club.

come to think of it, Mou needs to pay a visit to Klopp. Get advise from him. laugh.gif

as of sacking Mou, my opinion is no, we need him. Whether Mou end up getting sack or not, that is not up to us, we can only state our opinions, it depend on Roman in the end, if he is impatient, sack, if he believes in Mou, he'll stick wif Mou.

somehow i feel what he said is true since our goal mostly come from hazard and costa for last season. lol...
*
really spot on with d bolded part. lol. That's why when u win the league, u nid to buy and upgrade even more! Baba in for Luis, Falcao in for Drogba, Pedro (unproven in other league) for Cuadrado.

But put that aside, it is quite obvious isn't. Teams in PL have found out a formula to stop our game, found a formula to win against us. Mou has tried changing personal with Zouma coming in sometimes for JT or Cahill, Baba in for LB, Ramires or Fab partnering Matic. When the system has been countered, time to change a new system. Pls, no more 4231. Change it back to ur best 433 formation pls Mou!!

QUOTE(MohdPuskas @ Dec 15 2015, 08:08 PM)
Mou is a class manager, no way he lose his touch in just one season, he will fix this

Wait Jan, see how many player he buy how many he sell, but quite surprise no player linked with Chelsea until now ??
*
With Mou stubborn to try new things as in change formation. sad to say this, but the only way we can climb up the league is via january transfer window. sweat.gif

Not like Mou have other senior players to choose from. laugh.gif For example, Mou can drop JT, but then Cahill sure wil start. Each of them JT or Cahill can take turn to take things for granted, knowing they will be reinstated into the team for the next next game.

The only way to fix this is either sack Mou, or stick with Mou and give him money to spend during January. Players like Fab, Costa, Iva, Matic are given too many chances dy.

Another 9 hour meeting after Leicester game?
*
d guy in d video said the 9 hour video was after Bournemouth's game. Not sure it is after which game. sweat.gif

But then i read in WeAintGotNoHistory, they said Roman was not present in the meeting, so it might not be that important. hmm.gif

QUOTE
Meanwhile, over at the Daily Mail, the story is that the Chelsea brass (who may or may not have included Roman Abramovich) held a 9-hour (!) meeting over the future of the manager, which seems rather excessive but maybe someone's a slow talker.  I'd also assume that Abramovich would be involved in any final decision over the fate of Mourinho, so if he wasn't there, I'm not sure just how "crunch" these talks could've possibly been.

If Roman is not there, then I think it's ntg. If Roman is there for the meeting, high chance Mou sack I think.

the problems they face in order to sack mou is nobody wanna take over and that £40m compensation
sweat.gif
*
sigh, baru sign new contract, then next season, face chopping block. Really kesian Mou.

Actually come to think of it, Mou has never faced such huge crisis in any club that he manage before. Have a look at his career as a manager.

Attached Image

almost every year he won a trophy with each club he managed. Only 2013-2014 he has won nothing.

Mou is used to winning, Mou is used to getting players that he want. This is something totally new to him. A total meltdown in the club, relegation threatened. Mou has never faced such big challenge before. Mou is a good manager, no doubt. But if he wanna be considered as 1 of the great, he has to drag us out of this situation now. Top half finishing in PL (6th to 10th), then I'm content dy. If we win any cup, that's a bonus.

to be compared to the likes of Alex Ferguson, Mou need to go thru this tough patch and prove that he can persist and drag us out of this mess. If Mou kena sack by us again. Mou will forever be touted as the '2 season wonder one'.

Again, in the end it all falls to Roman and the board's hands.

There are 2 ways of solving. 1 is sack Mourinho, which might prove to be an instant fix, get someone as interim manager, play to the players' strength and drag us out of relegation battle. 2 is stick with Mourinho, give him the chance to prove himself, give him the money to sign players in January.

As of now, seems like option 1 is more likely. sweat.gif

Btw, IF Roman does sack Mourinho, anyone fancy JT take on the interim manager role? laugh.gif Maybe he can be our very own Gary Monk. laugh.gif

It's the end of the love stories between JM and Chelsea. Nobody will come back for a 3rd time..

Mou will only come back in 1 condition. When Roman is not the owner anymore. laugh.gif

Anyway, thx to Mou for the PL title last season. notworthy.gif Seems like Roman wanted a quick fix instead of a long term fix. Let's see where we go now.

KTBFFH!

what happened in the backroom? same old story la since last transfer window.

Mou highlighted the players that he wanted. Stones. But what is board and Emelano's decision? sign Rahman (inexperienced player that has not played in PL), Pedro (unproven in other league n team since he only played for Barca), Djilobodji (not even Mou's choice).

Just look at first season Mou is back. He so quick in signing the players and position that he highlighted. His decision to sign Costa, Matic and Fab just revitalized the whole team. Rmb that?

I bet the board told him this last season. 'U've won the league with these players, so why break the bank in this transfer window? U can win the league with this set of players, surely u can do it again. So no mega signings, no Stone, no Pogba.'

I'm really interested which manager will wanna come now. Relegation threaten, possibly no CL next season.

Pep will choose either City or Utd (coz he always play it safe, juz like he chose Bayern the easy job), Ancelotti (will he come back?), Juande Ramos?

No, i wanna know what mou said to the players and what the players react to it.what are the conflicts between players and managers. Wanna know who the shit one and who betray who

Those on and off field things also contributed to it I think. The Eva incident divided the dressing room I think. hmm.gif

whoever take over that can bring us back to track, he will make his fame
"I did something JM fail to do", a good selling point

really sad for Mou la. His lowest point in his career. Never have his team been relegation threaten, this is a new experience for him, this is a chance for him to prove he is a top manager, but then sacked. haiz.... he will never be compared to managers like SAF. Coz Mou has never been given the chance to deal with his lowest point in his career.

Now ppl will recognize Mou as 'the guy who can do well in the first 2 season and no team willing to go with him in the long term'

I hope we can get Ancelotti or Simeone. No Pep pls. Duno why I just hate that guy. laugh.gif

i'm ok with uncle roti and simeone
if pep come, i think we need to change whole squad, except pedro  tongue.gif
*
Pep's style is totally different. He will wanna be in control of the youth team too. He will make sure that the first team and youth team is playing the same system, and integrate youth players to the first team. That is his (Barca's) style.

Not sure if the board will give that much power to Pep when Pep himself is only proven in Bayern and Barca where both club already has mega stars and winning league titles before he joins.

Btw if Simeone comes, maybe he can brings out the best in Costa again. And also maybe he will come in bundle with Griezmann and Koke! tongue.gif
