No it's the goalscorer. He was standing between two defenders when Courtois moved further forward.

Seriously though how has Chelsea not scored after the glut of chances they have created.

I've lost count of the number of crosses whipped across the face of the goal only to have no one to have been able to stick it in.
*
at 0-0 in 70th minutes, shud have put in another striker dy. At home, 0-0, still x mau go for the win and sub in another striker.

from first half, until 60th minute, I was actually pleased. Until like 60+ minutes, baru i realize, eh, we are playing at home right??? Why are we not subbing in another striker and try to win the game? So a point at home against Bournemoth is a gud result?

playing at home, 0-0, 45 minute sub in striker, then why until 60+ min stil no sub in striker n try to win d game? doh.gif

It was all nice until minute 60. Shud've took d gamble and put in another striker to try to win the game la. This is Stamford Bridge ffs. 1 point against Bournemoth at home???

for sure ranieri want to show roman he's wrong for replacing him with mou last time

Ranieri be like, so u sack me for not winning EPL right? Now I'mma win the PL with another team. LOL.

QUOTE(aladdin @ Dec 6 2015, 03:32 AM)
The problem is on Mourinho, not players.
*
Can see the players are giving their all. But still...... can't score. sad.gif

I still hope to see Mou guide us out of this turmoil. Dun quite like managers being sacked in the middle of the season. After a few good run of games, this Bournemoth game shud've been a 1-0 or 2-0 win. Shud've done the Remy sub way earlier imho.

Just imagine a normal situation where the player is offside is standing in between the GK and a defender. Meaning he has only the GK to beat. This is what we usually see in an offside position.

What people don't normally know is that the last man doesn't have to be a GK. It can be ANY player and in this case you see Cahill there instead of Courtois.

Now imagine any normal offside situation but swap any outfield player with the GK. Same rule applies.

Only Murray's left foot was offside though. A very very close call.

it's d same old same old thing if we wanna talk bout it. Since d 2nd half of last season, teams dy noe our playing style and adopted to it. That's why mou change from attacking to winning 1-0 from early season to the 2nd half of the season.

Now mou trying to use the early season method, nice football to try to win game, but he dy forgot that teams have already got used to our playing style and countering us.

QUOTE(Kerplunk @ Dec 6 2015, 01:38 PM)
If anyone read jose's post match interview,I have to disagree with his stance that we'll "never be fighting relegation, no chance, yada, yada.."

Say what jose? Emm did you misplace your reading glasses or something? I think this is exactly the kind of 'arrogant' attitude we need to avoid,in order to survive this season.

Stop with the misplaced overconfidence, because there's sure as hell no room for that this season,we need to stick a friggin' 5 x 5 metre poster highlighting our team's current position in the dressing room in big bold red letters,so everyone is made aware of how serious the whole situation is.

Never battling relegation..oh please jose. Please stop. That's the last thing the players AND fans need to hear right now, because we need to accept that's what this season is turning into. The sooner we accept that the better. Stop the delusional talk of a top six finish in public, save it for the dressing room until we at least reach the upper half of the table. There's no shame in admitting we have an extremely serious problem, and we're now reduced to battling the epl basement dwellers.  Deal with it. Enough sugar-coating because because we're not fooling anyone.
*
Well, maybe can look at it this way. Imagine if Mou did said this during the post match interview, 'Yes, the team is struggling, every player is not doing well, i am clueless, we are in relegation battle, if u ask me will we be relegated, I will say yes, we are down there fighting for survival.'

What type of message will it gives to the fans and the board? As bad as things are, nid to jaga image oso. And also if Mou himself oso said to public that we are gonna get relegated, that will affect the team spirit. Players will wanna leave in the January window. And also he will be sacking himself if he said the sentence above, it's like saying, yes, i am totally useless, i can't bring the team back to the top half of the table. Basically the sentence will push him nearer to being sacked.

the best thing to do now is to say we'll stay up in the press but in the backroom, baru open fire at the players. The last thing we need is the gaffer himself announcing a chaos. If Mou himself said we'll be relegated, he'll lose the backing of the players, staffs and the board dy. A manager that is not even confident if his team is staying up? That is not the sort of message to send to the media/public. Need to smile, and be confident, but in the backroom, give the team hairdryer moment. laugh.gif

Of course not to the extent of declaring 'yes we're going to be relegated,' but be man enough to admit that yes,"we're practically battling relegation at the moment with our inconsistent performances." It's that proud insistence that we'll 'never' be battling relegation that bothers me.

The way I see it,we're already in a relegation battle and I'd rather we accept that horrible fact right now until we claw ourselves up the table, rather than wait till we're only left with 5 - 7 games, then suddenly realise,oh sheet we're only 3 points off the dropzone. Even if the whole team collectively sheet their pants,at that moment it's not going to help us at all.

We need to stop being in denial. None of that top six finish talk because i feel it gives the players a false sense of security. the last team that truly believed it was 'too good to go down' was Leeds, and they had some amazing players such as viduka and kewell.

I fear the way we're going about things and our seemingly confident mantra of being 'too good to go down,' will only land us in more trouble. Players like matic, cesc, ivanovic,(just to name a few) they all seem to really believe that, because its showing in their performances.
*
Yea. there is truth to ur statement true too. I dun think deep down Mou is that 'proud', must be shitting in his pants in secret dy. Roman is notorious as an owner that wants immediate results. laugh.gif Maybe Mou juz wanna act all cool and tough in front of d media.

We really need the points now, almost half way to the season dy. sweat.gif Stats and the table do not lie. Yes, we are already flirting with relegation. But to date, i think we still can't pinpoint the exact problem with the team. Seems like it is a collective thing. Iva's downfall, Cesc and Oscar's lost of form, Costa not scoring, Falcao being Falcao, Matic's performance drop a lot. Really hope the players can take a hard look at themself, and also Mou can change things up a little, 433 would be a good change i imagine, since we're getting outplayed with our 4231.

A bad start for December, hope we can get some points on the board for the remaining games. sweat.gif If December still poor form, I foresee a massive January sales. laugh.gif
