It's so true. Yes, we have had a bad run of result for the first half of the season, but I don't think he should be the one shouldering the blame. Week in week out the players just disappointing to watch and yet in the end he's the one who got sacked.

No wonder we have become the laughing stock for other supporters and we truly deserved to be trolled. Looks like Hiddink is the one going to helm the post till end of the season but I'm just wondering, how are we going to build a dynasty if we keep on switching the gaffer?

Chelsea civil war end now, those crying babies should perform again for the club. If continue with shit performance Chelsea should consider sell them ASAP during January window transfer.

If compare to the Madrid team manage by mourinho during 12/13 season at least their senior player show the professionalism and respect to the club during internal crisis. This group of Chelsea player seem don't care about the club, very big letdown from them.

Playing for Jose Mourinho 'very exhausting,' says Demba Ba
QUOTE
Demba Ba has shed light on the managerial methods that led Chelsea to sack Jose Mourinho, describing the Portuguese's style as "very exhausting" and admitting that he is not a coach who looks to rebuild the confidence of his players.

"We've seen it in the past," Ba told French radio station RMC. "It's very tiring -- very exhausting -- because he demands a huge amount. He wants to try to push his players to their limit to know what they have. That's also one of his methods of working.

"He's not someone who's there to give confidence to the players -- he's there to get what he can out of them. And if a player lacks confidence, it's not him who'll give it back to them. He's going to rely on someone else who is confident. If you don't have confidence all he's going to do is to put you on the bench."

"The only times where it was tense was when we lost, so I think that if in the Chelsea dressing room it's been tense in the past few months it's because they weren't getting results," he added.

"He's someone who loves to win and when he loses, you would say that the sky has fallen in on his head. As long as there isn't another win, it's a bit difficult because he's annoyed ... when he loses, it hurts him.

"He's good, he's proved it, he's won a huge number of trophies. After that you like him or you don't like him -- he doesn't leave you indifferent.

"I'm talking about the manager, not the man."

Top clubs nowadays change managers all the times, nothing last more than 5 years even wins trophies, unless those clubs want to chase target profits and salaries increment.

I think if he goes to MU. He will be happy because the current generation except dor 2 or 3 players are suited for counterattacking football. Plus he very much will have a big piggybank to buy players.

In sentimental sense, the sacking of Mou makes no sense. Roman is a businessman afterall, his sight has always been on how to earn money etc. Maybe he was already thinking no CL next season to generate revenue for us dy.

Choose between sacking Mou and sacking the players n sign new blood. Roman chose the easier and cost saving method, sack manager. It will cost so much to change a new batch of player in the team.

In the end, Business 1 Football 0. Its all in d business game. Roman x mau spend big on overhauling d squad dy, since a lot of money has been used on the new stadium, renting Wembley stadium while they build us a new stadium. All this nid big money.

Kudos to Mou for understanding it. He noes the club recently nid d money for stadium purpose, rebuilding purpose. Kudos to Mou for waiving off the 40m compensation. He really loves and thinks for the club, even when he is sacked. sad.gif

the version i read is, after the leicester game, mourinho approached chelsea technical director immediately after the game, n said "pay me the money and i will leave"

chelsea lawyers were called in n in a meeting, they say the most the club cn offer mou is 10 million by activating a 'poor performance' clause in his 40 million contract
