So I wanna ask:
NRP-MC751 have got 4 18A rails, does it means maximum output is 864W? Xigmatek's website states highest up to 87% efficiency, so it's 750W continuous?

More than enough power... Each HDD is about 0.6A only while HD4850 200W+- and overclocked E8400 will be 100W+-.

Nope, both also not 80+. CM Extreme's efficiency is at 70%+ only while Ion2+ is 72%~77%

For RM3xx and I suggest Cooler Master M520(520W Modular) or Xigmatek NRP-MC651(650W Modular), both certified by 80+

ST56F, but if ST56F, I would recommend Corsair HX520 instead.

QUOTE(blood angel @ Jan 28 2010, 02:52 PM) guys need your help, Xigmatek's PSU are made by CWT(Channel Well Technology), who also produces power supply units for Antec, Xclio, 2theMax, CWT, Thermaltake, Corsair and Koolance. NRP-PC502 should be enough for you already.my pc spec is dual core amd 2g, gts 250. currently my cap ayam brand of 500w failed on me and now i cant get my dvd rom to work due to 'insufficient energy' so now eyeing on 1-Xigmatek NRP-PC602 600W 2-SilverStone SST-ST56F but my fren recommend Acbel i-Power 570w as he say xigmatek is 'chiplak' brand(mayb he anti xigmatek) so what say u guys? |

I can't say for sure, but Xigmatek NRP-MC751 wasn't loud at all. It was barely audible over my 7 case fans ><

Usually PSUs priced at that range aren't true/real power and aren't 80+ certified. You will have to read up various reviews regarding the unit to get more information regarding its efficiency and actual power output. By real/true power we mean that the power supply unit can supply up to the specified wattage.
