Its head to head in the CL.

TLDR we have to better the 2-3 score line we suffered from the first game in the next match in Greece to progress.

But like another bro mentioned we haven't won in Greece in our previous 3 sad.gif

Wenger - "I would have rested Sanchez today but he said to me before the game he was fine to play."

Wenger is the Manager. Wenger knew Sanchez was an injury risk after a "hamstring" alert after Zagreb. Yet still plays him on the basis of "I am fine".

Typifies Arsenal beautifully right now = spineless.

Good news guys. Wenger has provided an update on the injuries to Laurent, Santi and Alexis.

Long story short Laurent and Santi will be fit for the next match and Alexis' injury doesn't look as serious as first feared and will go through a scan to find out the full extent of the injury.

Sos: just go google

Now the EPL title race is between City, MU & Leicester. Arsenal always go into destruct mode when it matters the most. Same old story

Prediction:

Arsenal 1 - Sunderland 1

- Sam Allardyce tactic has always frustrated Wenger
- Sunderland defense playing style will impact Wenger ball style
- Arsenal still lack the winning mentality.

Nothing personal. It's all abt the game
*
What rubbish are you talking about Allardyce tactics frustrating Wenger lmao

- Allardyce has lost seven successive Premier League games against Arsenal and hasn't beaten the Gunners in the league since May 2010 (Blackburn 2-1 Arsenal).

Its ok. Thank you for your prediction. Arsenal are winning tonight. rclxm9.gif rclxm9.gif rclxm9.gif

Bloody hell per is a liability. Each time we screw up the offside trap is because per was too slow to step up

Lay off Ramsey. This is only his second game back and his first full 90 since injury. The dude was exhausted and can hardly run towards the end and he still got a goal.

Can't fault the lad for effort today really.

It's not entirely surprising, this new found grit to just push through. But still, Arsenal has been trailing off for some seasons anytime things go bad so got to say caught a lot of people off guard. Well done anyways, platform to the title? Certainly seems like it.
See some praise for Monreal in here. Feller's good, but need to work on his communication imo.
*
At the moment i am taking it one step at the time. There is nothing to be proud about beating a team like Sunderland. To be champions beating teams like this is a given.

Same can be said against Norwich and west brom but reality was we failed to win those.

If you were referring to Monreal having poor communication in that incident with Cech yesterday which almost caused an OG it was Cech's fault IMO. He didn't give Monreal a shout he was coming out to claim the ball.

time tu prefer gibbs becoz he was better...
*
Yup, at that point in time Gibbs was undoubtedly better. Even Wenger feels Gibbs was better hence he started every game instead of Monreal when fit.

Football is like that. you get injured someone comes in, in Monreal's case improved by leaps and bounds and plays better you lose your place.

I remember last time one forummer also can't remember who when Monreal was good praise till sky high then he started making mistakes the forummer disowned him immediately saying he never said Monreal was good and preferred Gibbs lol. Kena tangkap red handed with screenshot. I'm sure he is back in the Monreal camp now. laugh.gif

I don't blame that forummer though. Football is a results orientated game, you play poorly then it is only right that someone else gets the chance.

he start to be a king when AW put him in CB for a while, after that..no turning back! well done nacho the unsung hero.
*
Yup it was a masterstroke by wenger as that stint as CB improved his positioning and understanding of the game so much. At this point in time I'd rather have nacho as fourth choice CB rather than Chambers lol.

I only see Chambers as a CB IMO.

He just doesn't have the attributes to play any other positions.

Campbell, sorry to say just isn't Arsenal quality, from what I've seen, yet. Good enough for the bench but not as a starter.

As usual I would be happy for them to prove me wrong as I am an Arsenal supporter first and foremost. They prove me wrong, they do well, Arsenal does well, they happy I happy.

But at the moment, Chambers still has a long long long way to go and Campbell, well, he would be one I'd consider selling if a good bid comes in at the end of the season.
