Second half was not boring. It appeared boring because our levels just dipped considerably and it was perhaps one of the poorest and sloppiest I've seen us play, focus, everything all went out the window. They gave everything in Greece and it showed, players looked really labored and heavy legged.
But credit to the boys, they managed to see it out in the end. Hopefully with Sanchez resuming full training this week he will be fit for City and the squad will get a full weeks rest too. Time to lay down a marker in the title race with a win over the favorites for the title. |

Us and Barca, chelski and psg bahahaha. Everything that is right with football and wrong in football always deserve each other. But at least the one from Paris doesn't park the bus 24/7 and play hoof and hope football.

QUOTE(changchai @ Dec 15 2015, 06:54 PM) this time last season chelsea would have walk away with the title ... they r unbeatable last season (there were some talk about being unbeaten for the whole season). Sorry mate I am absolutely loving it. Mourinho is finally getting what he deserves for all the sh*t he has been spouting over the past 10 years. Not to mention some of the players in their squad, scum like Diego Costa, John Terry and dirty little players like Ramires. Then you have judas like Fabregas.sad to see with the same squad n manager they r nowhere close to their form. anyway it will be interesting to see who mourinho will sign come january (n who will go). Its like Karma finally had enough of them and decided to slap them full force. Despite their situation and the chance to stay top I still wanted Leicester to win this morning. Makes you wonder if what they did last season was a total fluke. What with incidents like Begovic throwing balls like a sissy straight at them, Robert Green taking a goal kick straight at their player where even a 10 year old could've done better, and multiple dodgy decisions for various reasons they get to name some. One thing is for sure though I'd certainly be drinking to this come Christmas and the New Year. This post has been edited by sigheart: Dec 15 2015, 07:20 PM |

I would take Cesc back as well in a jiffy.
He won't be a starter of course in our current team when all are fit but he will add much needed quality to the depth of our squad when our annual injury crisis strikes. |

QUOTE(ahaksz28 @ Dec 22 2015, 01:21 AM) LOL maybe. I personally think he has improved his game this season. He's playing with more confidence and more positive. The thing about Ozil this season is he has been much quicker in everything he does in general. This is key since it is much more physical and the pace is much quicker in the English League. Especially in the area in which Ozil tend to operate, chances are a Lee Cattermole or a Mark Noble will be snapping at his heels almost immediately the minute he touches the ball. His transition and adaptation to English football has been reminiscent to that of Super Bobby Pires back in the day. Took about a year to settle due to culture shock with the level of physicality and pace of the English game compared to the French one. But boy once he fully adapted the rest was history. |

5 more to go for Ozil to equal king Henry's assist total of 20 in a season. And we are not even at Christmas yet...
