Hi all Tau Keh, Tau Keh Nio, Big Boss & Datuk sekalian
I just bought an apartment here..d cerrum, and it took me quite some time to scour through all past 15 versions for relevant info lol is it okay if we were to follow Eco Majestic's style at creation of thread to include a summary of useful info eg. overall township plan, currently available projects, connectivity, facilities, upcoming developments, upcoming highway plans etc
I need to fb message Mr Vincent Tan proof of purchase to join the fb group?

Agree with whole earthly!
When buying a property, always think weather you like it or not first. Buy for own stay first.
Actually its not a bad choice to stay in 850sqft, weather you are single, couple, or newly married with a kid or two. Everyone needs a shelter!
