Saraca if not mistaken only have one corner unit. Bartonia some said already fully snatched up.

Currently in Setia Ecohill only have the superlink available - Grandlis and Floris. Unfortunately the show houses for Floris still not yet completed. If you want to see the show unit for Floris, perhaps you need to come end of the year, this is what I have been told. Grandlis and Floris are GnG located in Precinct 3, with a lot of special and superb landscape.

Unfortunately, all the great landscapes are "hidden" inside the precinct 3 fencing area. Therefore, perhaps you can ask the SA to show you the landscapes in Precinct 3 for better comparison. Currently beside the welcome center have the PARC, which is an hilly slope with great Semenyih view and many children playground facilities. Nevertheless, it is a park and you need proper atttire to climb up, which normally the first time visitor won't do, especially under the hot sun sweat.gif sweat.gif

Type of landscape shall depend on which precinct you are. The park and linear garden generally all the precint have it, but the fancy one for sure in the Precinct 2/3, due to higher pricing.

Club house yet to be built, but according to the initial plan, only limited to P2 and P3 purchasers. Saraca unfortunately is in P1. Nevertheless, if the subscription rate is not encouraging, I think SP Setia shall open to the P1 as well (just wild guess).

Hehehe, that's because it is a corner unit. Saraca intermediate unit is starting from 670k before discount.

This corner unit I heard got extra 5 feet land, means have 25 feet land at the side, not sure whether it is true though.

For your information, the newly launched Floris in P3 with 23.6 x 76 is starting from RM 798k before discount.

It's individual title, but is GnG. Although some said GnG only applicable to strata title, but from my perception P2 and P3 still GnG, due to their top notch security features and DMC.
