latest visit on last sunday, Floris only open 2 rows. Been told only 4 units sold and promotions only until end of this year.
*
2 rows how many units? I presume grandlis still have lefoever with cheaper entry price. Purchasers do have more choices now.

Ever tried Lekas > KLCC in the morning?
Anyone here knows long would that take?
*
Depending on the route you are using, how many tolls you can commit and what is the departure time.

Since after the opening of Ecohill link, I have shown the time taken from SEH to a few popular work place using the waze. You may want to check it (from pages 95 to 100). Time shown is about 1 hour. My personal experience with waze (to other location) would be plus minus 15 minutes.

Perhaps you can try it and let us know? brows.gif

last time count by station
now by distance / km
so inside city more station but less distance so increase lower than outside kl city
*
The percentage for the stations inside the KL city seems increase alot as well, no?

From my perception, it will impact the whole range.

If not mistaken, the longer distance you travel, the cheaper the rate increment, no? hmm.gif

last time yes
now they terbalik, the longer the distance the higher the increment
*
Can you quote some examples? hmm.gif

Perhaps you meaning is same to the highway?

From Lekas Semenyih to Kajang Selatan - increase from RM 1.10 to RM 1.30, raise 20 cents or 18.2%
From Lekas Seremban to Kajang Selatan - increase from RM 4.90 to RM 6.00, raise RM 1.10 or 22.4%?

Nevertheless, based of the examples I quote in my previous post, it seems like the percentage of increment of train station within KL city center increase much higher.

Seems different.. hmm.gif

ok a simple 1
from rawang next station is kuang, longer distance,  old rate rm1, new rm2.10, increase 100%+
from kl sentral next station is kuala lumpur, shorter distance, old rate rm1, new rate rm1.20, increase 20%
same to kajang to serdang, rm1.10 increase to rm2.20
*
Then KL sentral to Mid Valley, very short distance as well, RM 1.00 to RM 1.60, 60% increment, how?

bro kl sentral to midvalley is far le,
seputeh to midvalley only consider near which is rm1.10, 10% increase
u can check from map
*
Hahaha, boss, seputeh station to mid valley station is just walking distance, perhaps around 500 meter only I suppose, also increase 10% ler... sweat.gif sweat.gif

How many people just takes commuter from Seputeh to Midvalley, compare to KL sentral to Mid Valley? From my understanding, the latter definitely higher..

By the way, KTM already revealed the formula for the fare calculation. Your perception shorter distance, less increment seems obsolete. The longer distance travel seems still have lower fare compare to short distance. As a matter of fact, the fare is the most expensive for shorter distance (1 - 5 km). sweat.gif sweat.gif

http://www.ktmb.com.my/images/01112015NOTI...NNOUNCEMENT.pdf

As a matter of fact, from this calculation, I can see that the short distance even suffered more higher increment, due to two reasons:

1.) Highest rate for 1-5km travel (RM 0.306 per km), compare to RM 0.162 per km for 6-10km. This rate even further reduced to RM 0.126 for distance category between 11 - 50km.

2.) Minimum additional charges (fall flag and ICPS) = 90 cents for every category of distance traveled. For example, Seputeh station to Midvalley station, the fare just merely RM 0.20 (RM 0.306 per km / 2 ~ RM 0.20 (rounded to nearest 10 cent)). However, due to the constant additional charges (fall flag and ICPS), the rate increase to RM 1.10 (RM 0.90 + RM 0.20).

Therefore, as a conclusion, the KTM hike actually affect every users, but the short distance traveler within KL city center will be impacted the most.. sweat.gif sweat.gif

By the way, the distance from KL sentral to Midvalley station just merely 2.25km, not very far lah. The rate actually same with Seputeh to Midvalley station too... brows.gif brows.gif
