Not sure about the price, presumebly 2-3k should gao dim including installation, some more bulk installation, sure cheaper.

Bandar Tech, Bandar Tasik Kesuma and Semenyih Parkland already have UNIFI, so it would be no difficult for Ecohill to have it once more people move in.

The houses are unifi ready anyway, just waiting the TM connection, if got sufficient subscriber.

Presumebly SPS will say wait 2 weeks is because bank need to take time to process, not due to their delay. If bank takes 4 weeks to process, is that considered as LAD as well? hmm.gif hmm.gif

If you are cash buyer, you can take key anytime now.

You can collect the key anytime, as long as the bank already settle the payment.

Just for EPA testing, you need to make appointment with the contractor/developer.

Yes, as long as your bank already settle the final payment, you can collect the key straightaway. Collecting keys just take you about 15 - 20 minues I suppose.

EPA is Electrical, Plumbing and Alarm testing. Contractor / SPS staff shall come together with you checking all these components are working. EPA testing you can do it anytime, as long as there is slot available. As matter of fact, I heard the EPA booking already full for this month.

Defect checking is done by yourself, after that fill into the form and submit back to Community Engagement Center, where you took your key.

I think no need 50% for SEH, since the number of units is high, 50% means at least 300 houses in precinct 1 alone.. 50% for Tiara East maybe is required.

This happens to Pilosa DSL unit as well. Nevertheless, if take the Pilosa as example, the water meter should be up within 2 weeks. Nevertheless, for my unit, the water meter already installed prior I getting my key.

The workmanship for my unit also nothing to be shouted, just average. Just lodge your defects rectification, if following the Setia Alam tradition, they shall be rectified quite fast as well.

What's your unit?

VP letter for P3 unit just out, no one enter yet I suppose. I am keen to go in as soon as possible also, hopefully by next week.
