There are two types, depending within or outside fencing.

This lake is within fencing area, shall be maintained by SPS through Setia Estate Management (Central) Sdn Bhd, including the playground.. brows.gif brows.gif

The PARC next to the welcome center now shall be handed to MPKJ in future, public access.

I think almost 95% fenced up, not sure why SP Setia left out these few places. Nevertheless, small area only, I think the residents in P1 shall fence it up easily later, small matter though.
