Would like to confirmed, i went to this 2 petrol station yesterday, but the counter says their CIMB card machine is down, and reload to tng card not available using credit card, heard the one in Kepala Batas said that this has been quite some time, but they dint disclosed since when......

this seems to be their internal terminal issue rather than ceasing tng reload service altogether.

i just hope that this will not permanent or ceased, as this two are the only available in mainland Butterworth now......

May I know how's the condition at Petronas @ Bagan Ajam? accept AMEX?

You can try the tng hub at nu sentral. That is where I go to reload.

Went to reload my T&G card at BHP Jalan Klang Lama 3.

First transaction with amounting RM204 on my Affin Bank credit card.

Hope it will be receiving RM40 (new sign up) + RM20.40 (10% rebate) = RM60.40 equivalent around 29.61% rebate

not forget the default rm20 credit for new card!

Supervisor said that they received instruction / memo from their HQ to accept CASH ONLY for any reload transaction including TnG Reload. This applied to Giant Malaysia Nationwide.

I would like to confirmed, i went to this petronas last saturday.
● Petronas @ Jalan Butterworth, Kepala Batas, Penang · 20180908

They changed their reload mechanism, first of all, they charged 2% of your total reload amount, and total up with the reload amount into the credit card swipe (My case is rm300 + 6) , then, they reload with rm200 (Actual reload amount is 199.50) and rm 100 (Actual amount is 99.50)

When i ask the manager in charge, they mentioned the Bagan Ajam branch which allow the reload is also the same boss with this one.

Credit card swipe = rm 306
Final reload amount = 199.50 + 99.50 = 299
Cash back earned = rm 306 * 8% = RM24.48
Effective CB = 24.48 - 7 = 17.48

Note : I would really recommended you do rm200/reload to maximise the CB, as they claim their terminal only accept maximum rm200 for each reload.

This applicable for both Petronas mentioned above.
