@cybpsych ,what I meant is this JG didn't have TnG Reload Service....NOT related to accept/not accept cc for tng reload....

Are you sure AMEX is acceptable for TnGo Reload at Ipoh Selatan Plus office?

Last time they only accept Visa & Master and if not mistaken, need minimum RM100 reload only can use Credit Card....

Last time I always reload at Mydin Manjoi with AMEX BUT after TnGo change their system at Mydin, most of the mydin at Ipoh area didn't have TnGo Reload service until now....

AEON Ipoh Station 18 Customer Service at 2nd Floor (Departmental) allowed me to use either Credit Card or AEON Gift Voucher to reload my TnG with RM0.53 Service Charge just now. 😎😎😎

I use M2C AMEX for TnG Reload at AEON Ipoh Falim.

Use Both AEON Gift Voucher & M2C AMEX at the same transaction for TnG Reload at AEON Ipoh Station 18...😄😄😄

Up to 15/10/2017, I still can use AMEX Credit Card for TnG Reload at AEON Ipoh Falim Service Counter at 1st Floor. Maybe different Staff different policies....Some allow using Credit Card / AEON Gift Voucher, some NOT... try your luck...

Actually they not so strict on what option you choose. When your number turn up, just give them your credit card and TnG and told them the amount you wanted to reload. That's all.

I also reloaded my TnG there last Saturday and this is my third attempt with no issue.

Same here at Jaya Grocer Ipoh Parade... They did not offer this TnG Reload Service...

Giant Hypermarket Falim, Ipoh (Counter 21 - Counter that sell cigarette) accept Giant Gift Card (NOT Giant Gift Voucher) for Touch n Go Reload with NO Service Charge.

The four design Giant Gift Card is cost at RM50.00 each and can be paid by Credit Card.

AEON Falim never accept AEON Voucher from the beginning of their opening. I reloaded twice last year at there using CC and successful.

AEON Ipoh Station 18 accept BOTH CC and AEON Voucher for TnG reload. I reloaded during Jan & Feb 2018 and is still valid. BUT keep in mind that different staff different policies. Try your luck.

One thing is confirmed that Giant Hypermarket Falim Ipoh can use Gift Card and Giant Voucher to reload TnG. I already tried to reload TnG by using this method at there more than 5 times since its opening on 1st Feb 2018 until now.

Giant Hypermarket Falim, Ipoh NO MORE ACCEPT Gift Card / Gift Voucher for TnG Reload effective immediately

Supervisor said that they received instruction / memo from their HQ to accept CASH ONLY for any reload transaction including TnG Reload. This applied to Giant Malaysia Nationwide.

Yesterday (11-11-2018), I try to reload TnG at the above mention place.

Unfortunately, the Malay female staff said their Manager already informed them that ONLY CASH accepted for ALL Type of Reload & Top-Up.

Jaya Grocer @ Ipoh Parade, Perak have TnG reload service already and can reload TnG with Credit Card and have RM0.50 Service Charge.

Shell Falim, Ipoh accept Boost and TnG E-wallet (Exclude FavePay) for TnG Card Reload with RM0.50 Service Fee.
