Went to petronas tapah northbound. The cashier said reload with TNG available only on normal working time. Charge RM0.50 each transaction.

Was at shell desa sri hartamas. Transaction declined when using amex. Called bank, they say the transaction did not reach their end. Not a problem from the bank. Had to use other credit card to reload.

Subsequently i tried pumping petrol with amex at the same station, transaction approved.

What time was the failed transaction made? I noticed around midnight always problematic for amex

not sure about adding card, but when i tried to top up using amex in the payment page i think is ipay88 it doesnt recognise amex number. it wasnt allowed.

it was 2:17pm. the transaction at the counter failed repeatedly. but at petrol pump was ok. i don't think is amex problem leh.

But, got 2% surcharge, charged to card (RM10).

How come different rate of surcharge?

One reported 1% and you reported as 2%! hmm.gif

Petronas @ Bertam Perdana (Kepala Batas), Penang.

No reload service charge.
But, no accept Credit Card.
Cash only.

Currently only can install at headlamp.
