Eh, you can reload TnG at Sam's Groceria? They were telling me there is system upgrade for their TnG. I tried just now at 2.30 p.m.

If you bother to read back few of my posts then you will know the story of mine before jumping into this conclusion.

If not let me summarize for you:
i) My UniFi bill will be due tomorrow. Now, before you ask why I do it at the last minute.
ii) My father was hospitalized for two weeks and I wasn't in KL and I only came back to KL today.
iii) My last month's quota was coincidentally depleted as well, so I had to wait till Nov cycle. If it's not that my dad was hospitalized earlier, I would have performed it once every day from Monday till today.

Lastly, don't think as if you are the only one using it, I'm also another user just like you and if they decide to terminate it, I will be affected as well. You think I don't have sense of empathy? My job requires that. However, this month is out of my control OK?

Yes, I'm so pissed off now.

And you don't need to teach me what needs to be done. I know what I will do.

TnG was down when I was there at around 2.30 p.m. but hmwong managed to reload RM 500 one hour before me. Anyway, my intention was to pay UniFi today and helped my colleague to reload her TnG but since it is down for TnG, I only managed to pay my UniFi bill. biggrin.gif

Nope, didn't try and just said the system still down. Even the senior lady who helped me to pay UniFi also told me the same thing.

I paid 4x for my UniFi and only received three SMS -es today, only confirmed three payments, still lack of one RM 50. My payment receipt is in the office, so I don't think I can call them to check further.

Does anyone face this kind of delay before? unsure.gif It's my first time splitting payment. hmm.gif

iii) The lady didn't give up and brought my cards to the next cashier counter and helped me to pay for my third and fourth payment. biggrin.gif I asked if there is any limitation with the machine, she said by right there is no limit. Probably just now in second counter, there was a problem with the system. Then, I told her the girl in redemption counter told me I can only pay once with the same machine. She just smiled to me and said there is no such thing.

I met a super good staff today. biggrin.gif

Err.. It's OK because next month onward will be lesser, my bill will be reduced to RM 189 because TM gives me discounts.
