QUOTE(hmwong @ Nov 5 2015, 02:33 PM) Eh, you can reload TnG at Sam's Groceria? They were telling me there is system upgrade for their TnG. I tried just now at 2.30 p.m.Anyway, will try again next week. Not my card, so not important for me. So long my UniFi is cleared. |

QUOTE(kockroach @ Nov 5 2015, 04:31 PM) Yes, and it is included as groceries. QUOTE(MGM @ Nov 5 2015, 04:32 PM) fruitie, do u still need to tell the cashier that u are paying Telekom bills eventhough it is for Unifi? Yes, they will double confirm again. I will reconfirmed it is for UniFi. I will write down my account no. and they will repeat again before punching into the system. |

QUOTE(cempedaklife @ Nov 5 2015, 09:45 PM) I dunno mang. Can't you go nusentral 4 times separately over the month to pay unifi? If you bother to read back few of my posts then you will know the story of mine before jumping into this conclusion.Troubling staff, I dunno if next time they are going to pull the plug on paying unifi. Yes If not let me summarize for you: i) My UniFi bill will be due tomorrow. Now, before you ask why I do it at the last minute. ii) My father was hospitalized for two weeks and I wasn't in KL and I only came back to KL today. iii) My last month's quota was coincidentally depleted as well, so I had to wait till Nov cycle. If it's not that my dad was hospitalized earlier, I would have performed it once every day from Monday till today. Lastly, don't think as if you are the only one using it, I'm also another user just like you and if they decide to terminate it, I will be affected as well. You think I don't have sense of empathy? My job requires that. However, this month is out of my control OK? Yes, I'm so pissed off now. And you don't need to teach me what needs to be done. I know what I will do. QUOTE(hmwong @ Nov 5 2015, 10:52 PM) Yes. Was there at 1.30 but the cashier informed me that system is down. Went to Brickfileds for Peter pork noodles and on the way back to office detoured to Sam to try again. This time went to another cashier and she loaded $500 without any hassle. Alright. I asked two staffs and they told me still down... |

QUOTE(hmwong @ Nov 5 2015, 10:59 PM) Used Amex for the TNB and Wise for the TnG. I have almost reached $1k for Wise, so used Amex for the 5x TP instead. That's the lady who told me I can only pay once for my UniFi. The Indian lady at the redemption counter was kind enough to ask me if I have CIMB card for the cashback but unfortunately I don't. When I used my CIMB to reload last 2 months, it was her first time managing it and I still remembered her colleagues taught her to do all those things. I guess she is very familiar now. Time for you to get Ikhwan for more groceries rebate. |

QUOTE(Chinus @ Nov 5 2015, 11:51 PM) Yes, ePay is OK. TnG was down when I was there at around 2.30 p.m. but hmwong managed to reload RM 500 one hour before me. Anyway, my intention was to pay UniFi today and helped my colleague to reload her TnG but since it is down for TnG, I only managed to pay my UniFi bill. |

QUOTE(hmwong @ Nov 6 2015, 09:17 AM) It was just before 2.00pm. See receipt attached. You were just half an hour later. Nope, didn't try and just said the system still down. Even the senior lady who helped me to pay UniFi also told me the same thing.Did the cashier try to reload or they just assume that the system was still down? I reload at the counter closest to the trolleys. |

I encountered this today. QUOTE(popiah04 @ Nov 6 2015, 10:59 PM) Here's my experience with Sam Groceria KL Sentral. As above from other threads. Tried to pay my TM streamyx bill, but the reception (guy) said the transaction did not go through. Initially he tried with "TM bill", then the second attempt was "TM streamyx", both was unsuccessful. Apparently there are three options, the third one being "TM unifi". Anyone manage to pay their TM streamyx bill at Sam's Groceria? |

I paid 4x for my UniFi and only received three SMS -es today, only confirmed three payments, still lack of one RM 50. My payment receipt is in the office, so I don't think I can call them to check further.
Does anyone face this kind of delay before? |

QUOTE(fruitie @ Nov 5 2015, 03:21 PM) I'm back from Sam's Groceria, Nu Sentral. TnG reload system is in the midst of upgrading now, it is unable to perform any reload now. I'll inform here again next week. The good news is I managed to pay my UniFi for 4x today. i) I went straight to the redemption counter, there was a young girl manning the counter. She is a trainee if I'm not mistaken. She only managed to make one payment of UniFi for me and told me cannot perform second time unless I go to another cashier counter. ii) I went to an empty cashier counter, the guy doesn't seem to know and he got another more senior lady to help him. Second payment went through and I was being thick faced ask if I can perform third payment. She said can, no issue. However, third payment was rejected. iii) The lady didn't give up and brought my cards to the next cashier counter and helped me to pay for my third and fourth payment. I met a super good staff today. Wee. QUOTE(fruitie @ Nov 5 2015, 10:15 PM) If you bother to read back few of my posts then you will know the story of mine before jumping into this conclusion. QUOTE(wjleong15 @ Nov 8 2015, 08:54 AM) I thought can pay RM 50 x 4, then RM 15 pay next month TM also won't bar your line. Err.. It's OK because next month onward will be lesser, my bill will be reduced to RM 189 because TM gives me discounts. So kumpul2 next next month can swipe RM 50 x 5 I rather overpay than short pay, just afraid they will use this reason to suspend my line. |

QUOTE(cybpsych @ Nov 8 2015, 01:43 PM) hectic day at Sam's Groceria @ Nu Sentral. I thought you have got the membership card for some time already. 1) applied member card. gotten plastic bowl + rm10 voucher (3months validity, cannot be used to reload TNG). wanted to charge to Wise card, but machine down at the service counter. 2) reloaded 2 TNG cards. 3) paid TNB bill. argued with staff momentarily cuz he kept saying only Unifi. I said TNB aka tenaga nasional berhad), not TMB .lol. resorted to get supervisor to help the staff (non-local, understandable not fluent in Engrish) |
