Grab it fast when available as i5 variants  might run out fast.  icon_rolleyes.gif
I5 variants might be out of stock quiet fast.
Grab it fast if u need it urgently.  brows.gif
Dell corrected earlier pricing error for i7/UHD variant.  laugh.gif
I notice pricing discrepancies previously & update in post#1 after they rectified it. Thanks.

I think TS should also update the MSI notebooks as they are all updated with Skylake CPU and DDR4 RAM.

PS: I think I'm getting MSI PE60 (skylake version) but the after sales service kinda worries me.

Replacement unit will arrive tomorrow. cool2.gif
Dell tech. support really did a great job for me, I'm still very satisfy.

So far waited for about 2weeks and for twice.
Not as other mentioned waited for months.

doh.gif number of cells doesnt matter as the size can be bigger (size vs count due to chassis design)...
to put it on layman terms 3 x 10 vs 6 x 5 are both the same...
once again, google is ur best friend

7559 using 75wh capacity and i5 had no HT compare to i7

other manufacture, if they like to include DVD room so battery will sacrifice.

You check dell alienware, even though is i7 but battery life is >7h

Anyhow, gaming shall not use battery for sure.

But as normal practice, space do.

Those China powerbank sometime so small but with so big capacity is BS...

Guys, based on the prices of the laptops listed on the front page, what do you think is the best value right now? I'm thinking of i7 gaming, and it looks like Asus ROG is the best value? If dont want skylake maybe gigabyte p55k with a gtx965m?

Problem to the mom board.
Still faulty after replacing a new board then I requested to stop repairing and give me a 1 to 1.
They accepted it with no rejection, isn't cool..... thumbup.gif

The replacement unit works great, I am making this post with it. tongue.gif

I took the UHD ver. at RM4,499. The exact amt is actually slightly cheaper. Pls dunt ask me why, I have no idea tongue.gif

Built quality - Good. Rubbery palm rest is ok to me(personal preference). Feel lot more solid than my old plasticky Latitude.
Charging now from 42%, take 1 hour to full charge. 2hrs for 0-100%
Battery lasted for 3.5hrs 100% youtube streaming, @50% brightness, @balance power option(non power saving)
Screen brightness - good to me.
Screen quality - sweet..... wub.gif
Screen clarity - Everything is good except the Ads beside Lyn forum looks readable blurry, it might due to the 4k display. Wording in the post is blardy sharp.
Touch Screen - Responsive.
Scale - No problem, it's adjustable.
Keyboard - better than low/mid spec. laptop. Layout is good too.
Wifi - full bar all the time, no fluctuation at all.
Touchpad - Indeed it's loose, I will say it's meant to be that way, not a defect, it's acceptable. Sensitivity good to me.
Audio - Clean & very Powerful!

What else?

Hey guys, I need your opinion. Is Acer Aspire V Nitro VN7-592G good? Previously I heard it has overheat issue and connectivity problem. I'm considering to buy this Acer or Asus G552VW. And it's for a long term use. Thanks for the help smile.gif

Me either have no idea what's the problem, just cant turned it on since the first press.
This lemon is really sour sweat.gif
Anyhow, everything is cleared now.

Yea, saw some comment about the wifi, so far so good on mine, just haven't try it out for gaming yet.
and nope, I'm not going for the ssd, the hdd is just fine for me.

My humble advise is to get a unit for yourselves for those whom are keen on it, everyone might have different luck, don't be fear to try it out, Dell MY is worth the penny.
