Any idea why customs clearance take so long

No idea, I also wanted to know the real problem behind this delay. Never see such a big company get stuck for so long.

You can call their customer service and provide them your order number.

ordered number ? I only got the deposit receipt from the shop
how I call them and ask @_@

Not only Malaysia.. whole ASEAN no stock... sames goes to xps 15 i think...

Haha, then you need to ask the person whom entertain you. If they order online sure have the order number to track.

This issue is for those who order through online, and they ship from oversea manufacture like China (main one) and once the stock arrive here then Malaysia boleh Customs in charge.

EDIT: Just checked, the order status now changed to

"Arrived in Main Hub 27/11/2015"

You ship from overseas, they need time to sort out relevant paperworks such as Sirim permit and etc one la.

Plus Customs busy with GST implementations and etc, surely will take time one.

Honestly, Customs at Port / Airport much more efficient than those who sit over the counters

my warranty oso delayed... 1 week for the wifi card to arrive... whole shipment delay.. haha

My parcel from overseas also delayed

But nvm la, not in rush.

If they do their job properly, takpe la.

Haha... pek chek...

They take too much time bro

How do you call those promo when they are the exact same price as usual....

We everyday also got shipment, as all laptops are build overseas upon ordering.
