basically, in other countries like US, Uk, there are 2 forex broker company.

1 is the Electronic Communications Network(ECN) , is that every order that u put in, they will let it off in the forex market. The company acts as the middle man between one buying trader and one selling trader.
How the company earn? they earn by the spread between buying n selling.
How the introducing broker earn? the company pay the commision to the IB, similar to stock broker.


2 is the market makers, is that the buy and sell quotes presented in the market maker platform are determined by the broker, which means they are basically the bookie how the company earn? risk, one wrong mistake, the company could go bust. at the same time, if they are cleaver enough, they will earn loads. Means that if you trade buy, the company is choosing against you. so choose a more reputable market makers company if u wish to choose this type of company.
How the introducing broker earn? the company pay slightly higher commision to the IB, compared to ECN.

for the 2 two, u can notice that the introducing broker only earns from the clients order, and its only one level similar to trading stock and stock broker. Do you see stock broker everywhere try to call u up and persuade u to buy stock or become their downline? everyday ask u yam cha try to brainwash u buy stock? or give free stock trading seminar? or everyday post on social media that he is rich and drives an expensive car and ask you to become a stock broker?

there is a third type, this broker(most that you hear about from ur friend who is not in financial field or was never involve in stocks and dont have a degree in finance)
which is pure scam. which is whatever orders you put in is basically dont exist, everything is just for show. if u lose in a trade , they will take everything, if the client earns from a trade, they will selectively pay the clients. Some selected trader will get the earnings in their hands and some wont.
the one who gets the money will vouch that this is no scam, coz i got back my money.
this will create a fake illusion, that the company paying all the clients. So everyday they will show the same few customer , wah, he goes into the market for one week nia, can earn rmxxk, see i show you the customers cheque.
if you think properly , would a professional broker expose the clients earnings on social media for all to see? he would get sued for doing that.
why you never see people complain they didnt get back their money? because all the IB will try to drag that person down, giving him no credibility . Some 'loyal' client will come and vouch with their lives that they did get paid, so whatever u say that company not paying is untrue.
You have to understand peoples natural behavior. Just imagine you withdraw some money, but u didnt get it. you will usually call up the IB to complain, if nothing happen, you will go the the company to ask about the money, if unsuccessful, most , around 80% will just curse ,***, kena scam liao, just take it as a lesson and just shut up about it. 拿钱买教训。 the rest of the 20% will try to report to the authority, its also useless coz most of the companies that u trade with are from oversea, and it is not part of their jurisdiction. try to complain online, you will kena bombard by IBs and loyal clients. let just say that will you or your friends kena scam by MLM scam, will you go around tell all your friends and relative that you got cheated? you wont, you are scared that all will laugh at you and think you are stupid.
Think properly and look through all the illusion, and you will be safe from all type of scam.
