My friend told me, there are only 2 group of ppl eligible to do Forex Trading in Malaysia:
1) Banks (eg Maybank, Public Bank, CIMB etc etc…)
2) Money Exchanger (as we seen a lot in shopping malls)

The rest of organization to ask u join their Forex Trading is penipu scammer…

nope, according to law, u cant, but there are holes in the law, u can invest your money into some ppl who will do forex in other country for you for a fee. its like its illegal to play fireworks in malaysia, u order through web, then somebody in singapore aim and shoot fireworks towards your house from singapore.

forex trading that doesn't go through local bank is consider at the grey zone, it is not illegal to register and deposit money to other certified foreign exchange traders out there on the internet but it is not a written law, thus this is a grey zone

however it is illegal to ask someone to transfer money to you to invest in forex
