nope, according to law, u cant, but there are holes in the law, u can invest your money into some ppl who will do forex in other country for you for a fee. its like its illegal to play fireworks in malaysia, u order through web, then somebody in singapore aim and shoot fireworks towards your house from singapore.

I think the main point is most organization that invite you to join a pyramid scheme are using 'FOREX' as a bait.

forex actually can be done by anyone and NO need to recruit anyone. you can just trade forex at home. if you need more money just borrow from other people or bank. some ppl will form a small group to share experience. but that's all.

there's really no need to recruit strangers to invest in forex, usually it is a scam. there are a lot of people playing forex in Malaysia, but usually they don't recruit strangers.

Alhamdulilah.. Rm6k x 20 people kena conned.. Rm120k can buy recond/used audi and scam more ppl with confidence. With audi can get 1 person rm8k.. 8k x 20 ppl again rm160k.. Can buy LV wallets and rolex watch and scam ppl again.. Then he will buy fake datoship and the cycles continue until he got caught..

definitely but then again, those who don't know stock yet played and got burned really bad will say stock is scam also
