finally get my csc change back to XME.
after root the phone the the /efs folder has things inside already...

since already root the phone, then i get my fav titanium backup back. bought it ages ago when using note 2.

for the ads blocker app, any good one to recommend?

I already tried the method to changed back the csc. But the origin country still retain to Thailand n not Malaysia. Any fix?

then u should go to XME / system / csc, copy this 4 files n replace it.

i read somewhere from XDA. if before this you had flash the poland rom from the sammobile, then when u flash this XME rom you will get the thailand one. only when previous your csc is XME then it will remain. But i not sure how true it this...

But at least this happen to my case. When MM is out i cant wait n flash the poland rom. then malaysia one released n i download from sammobile n flash it. Then it become thailand one.

mine also rooted
before on Marshmallow (Poland), I am using erobot
but before flash Marshmallow I did a full wipe, then flash Marshmallow (Poland) > Marshmallow (XME) > Marshmallow (2nd update)

I retype the step here

1. use any explorer with root
2. go efs / imei / mps_code.dat, open it and change it to XME > save

4. go back system / csc, paste and replace that 4 files
5. reboot and check whether is shown XME ??

Mine I can't even find all those file. It is like never exist
