Hi guys,

My gf Note 4 recently acting weird..when she charge her phone let say at 50%, using the stock charger, the % wont go up after 1-2 hours..phone get quite hot..she tried to restart the phone, but its still the same..everytime she need to remove the battery and put it back..then battery become  100%..

Noticed that Note 4 got this kind of battery issue, because one of my colleague also complaining..if drop below 30%, it will very fast drain down to 0% even without doing anything..

My question is, if i purchase a new battery will solve this issue? or this is not because of battery?

Its not happen everytime, so i dont know when it happen..u mean when it happen, switch off the phone and charge see if its able to charge?

I already tried the method to changed back the csc. But the origin country still retain to Thailand n not Malaysia. Any fix?
