recently mine was at 15% or sth around thr. drained v fast. den switched off at 5% or 10%. luckily i prepared powerbank w me now.

is it you turn on following things >
setting > dexterity and interaction > air wake up is on
if yes by moving your hand above front camera phone will wake up
else no idea

Guys, I'm facing a problem wif my note 4

I can receive notification when I receive message on wechat when I'm using with data but can't receive notification on my whatsapp and Line app

But when I'm connected to wifi, there's no problem....I can get notification on my wechat, whatsapp n Line app....have anyone face ths issue before?

I can't find answer in google....pls help...tia

Im only going to service centre this weekend. the one i get from lazada cannot use at all. 

guys, my note 4 just suddenly start rebooting itself continuously. it gets into the main screen for about 1 second and then reboots again, and again, and again.
currently the only way i know to stop it is to plug in the charger. however, this makes it an "immobile" phone. as soon as i unplug the charging cable, it reboots again. the battery looks ok (on the outside, at least)
i've tried booting into safe mode and uninstalled the last app installed
tried cleaning the battery contact, too (since i suspect it's something to do with battery)
tried to remove sd-card
nothing works so far.
i didn't root or do anything funny with it - i'm still on samsung rom (lollipop version).
it's out of warranty for a few months already now. so any help would be appreciated

Just to update u all
My note 4 seems to be ok now
Changed battery and just to be safe, bought new Ori charger too. Hopefully this issue is solved permanently
Glad I didn't have to factory reset

It wont erase old date for firmware upgrading but it is recomended to do a factory reset/format
I just finished format my first Note4 now for my 2nd Note4. Tonight no need sleep already

If u can't wait for official, just flash India rom will do.
