RM 400k for a landed under the belt of EcoWorld G&G Stratified Township is dirt cheap, i believe it would be commence from RM 550k onwards .... because most of the other smaller development in nearby 5 kms radius already RM close to RM 500k and over RM 500k++

But, the land is too huge, there a project on one sided compare to another end could be very huge difference. If deeper location, I would not be surprise if the 1st landed going for RM 400k++++

Size make it 18x60
Material sand brick, normal tiles no wood flooring.
Ceiling heights reduce to 8 or 9 feet instead off 11 feet.
Front house to house reduce to 25 or 30 instead of 50 feet.
Back lane 5 to 10 feet instead of 20 or 30.
No great landscaping.
But with this kind of products deliver, the branding will become not premium anymore.

Same here. Early2 wake up to come BK5 due to very limited parking lot. 7.15am BK5 old town shop lot there parking almost full already.

Built LRT but didn't built level car park, and also no feeder bus provided.

This area Is under MPSJ. So I got monthly parking pass stick on my windscreen. But I see all the car there didn't put coupon and no monthly pass also. So I want to report MPSJ.

My car was under the sun for 5 yrs++ parking at bkt jalil stadium open car park.

Shuttle bus? Hey, I think this is a good idea!:thumbs:  Seriously, worth to consider for EW.  They can enter into agreement with the bus operator to offer the shutter bus service for certain time slots exclusively for the residents of EM.  Part of CSR mah...

This is definitely a super brilliant idea. The buzzword now is public transport. So EW should ride on this theme. If EW can have a team of Polis Bantuan, I don't see any reason for EW not to have a Shuttle Bus/Bus Driver Bantuan.

EW should fully sponsor this programe as part of their CSR. Definitely score points with residents and potential buyers alike. Hence making it more appealing for ppl to stay in their townships. Or as last resort, residents need to only chip in a small token of money for the maintenance of Shuttle Bus Bantuan.

Free shuttle bus is not totally a foreign concept as you will notice that those big malls and big hotels do provide this kind of service. Even the upcoming Damansara Uptown development has free shuttle bus service. So far, have not seen one implemented for big township.

So after PH station complete, foresee more from BSP & KK ppl come, reach Puchong almost full, reach Sri petaling need to squeeze to enter the train.
